鉄	鉄血 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 但馬黒そば・並・太麺(650円)と半チャーハン(250円)をいただきました。ラーメンは太麺と細麺を選択でき、平日のお昼は麺類、飯類ともに大盛無料という太っ腹です。但馬黒そばは大阪の高井田ラーメンに地場産の食材を取り入れたアレンジ版。こういう地産地消の要素を入れるアレンジはとても良いことですよね。コシのある太麺と地元アレンジのスープが美味しいのはもちろん、焦がし葱がまた良いアクセント！スライスチャーシューも1杯のラーメンに丁度良いバランスサイズ。多けりゃいいってモンじゃありません。半チャーハンは中華系ではなく家チャーハン系。なんかホッとしますね。250円にしてはお得です。店内は80年代の歌が流れていました。ドンピシャ世代なんで、食事中ずっと思い出に浸っていました。コロナ対策はアルコール消毒がありました。 I had Tajima black soba, average and thick noodles (650 yen) and half fried rice (250 yen).
