サービスが悪いし丁寧に挨拶してくれなかった。 楽しみ飲もうと思って行ったんだけど最低な中国の??定員さんたちのせいで途中で飽きてしまった。値段も書いてあるメニューのより違うし二回行く気がなくなってしまった。

一言で言うと、最悪でした。 中国人のみで切り盛りしていると伺いました。 文化の違いでしょうか。 写真1枚目「6種の和牛肉寿司食べ放題コース」を予約しました。 そして出てきたのが、写真2枚目です(食べかけですみません)。 これはひどいと思いましたが、一応食べました。 これはひどいと思いました(笑) 肉はとても、硬く、ご飯はボロボロで箸ではつかめない、と言った状態でした。 そもそも写真とはかけ離れた物体。 店員さんに、流石にこれはひどくないですか?と伺うと、「写真はイメージです」の一点張りで話が通じず、しまいには高圧的な態度をとってきました。 なら写真はイメージですって、食べログにも書いておいたほうが宜しいのでは?笑 SNSでは逆に映えましたよ。ネタとして。 1巻食べたところであまりの不味さに退店。 しかし、金だけはきっちり取るあたりさすがです。 8000円ドブに捨てた気分です。 2度と行きません。

金曜日に来店しました。 飲み物の提供がすごい遅かった。 10回呼び鈴を押してやっと店員が来ました。。。 ホールの人数が不足しています。 店員さんも皆さん態度も良くなく、外国人の方ばかりで日本語がよくわかっていません。 呼んでも来ない上にグラス交換制で、4000円です。 私の心には全く響かないお店でした。。。

食の業界人です。久々にアウトなお店。 5.000円の食べ飲み放題コースで利用。(基本料金3.500円のgotoで2.500円なり) ここは〰️〰️〰️〰️外国人スタッフの接客もあれだけど、 脂身たっぷりの豚タン、ポテト、唐揚げ4個と(とにかく其々大盛り&でかい!!)、この3メニューを食べてからのオーダーに切り替わるとのことでしたが、これがもう口に合わず!!!!! 更に量も多いから食べきれずに終了。(少食ではない男二人でですよ??) 出てくるのも遅く3品揃う頃に30分近く経過(笑)→速攻でラストオーダーだと言ってくるしまつ。は??です。 私も同席した先輩もここは無理無理……久々にあれなとこ発見しました。 食べきるまでオーダー出来ないと言うので、さっさと会計して退散しました(笑) ラストオーダーもくそ早いから気を付けてね! 皆さんのレビュー見ていけば良かった…な…とこ(^-^)つ

とにかく酷かった、値段も料理も接客も褒められるところはありません。ぼったくりというか、料理を楽しんだりできる店ではありませんでした。絶対に行ってはいけません! 私は肉寿司食べ放題のコースで予約しました、一人2ドリンク2オーダーで二人で行きました。 まず料理の質に対して値段が高すぎます。メニューと値段の一覧は写真を見てください。 お通しで出てきたのが、取り皿に盛られた切り干し大根。量はそれなりですが、なんの工夫もないお通しでした。このお通しに最後、びっくりさせられることになるのですが、それは後ほど。ポテトサラダは、業務スーパーに売ってる1kgのやつと同じレベルの品質で、焼鳥はももと砂肝、どちらも七味の瓶と同じ長さ、爪楊枝より少し長い長さ(来た瞬間「短っ!」って思います)でした。それで値段が1本で210円(写真は2本で420円です、高!しかも2本で頼まないと食べ放題の1品としてカウントされません。)、味は冷凍の焼鳥を焼いたのと同じレベル。酷すぎます。某貴族で食べた方が確実に美味しくて安いですからね。 肝心の肉寿司は、予約して最初に出てくるはずの肉寿司12貫が30分近く待たされても出てきませんでした。食べ放題開始時に最初に出す料理なのに、提供遅すぎますよね(参考までに、通常オーダーの食べ物は5分程度で来ます(笑)) いくら食べても値段は変わらない肉寿司を食べ始めるのを遅らせて、肉寿司食べ放題を楽しみにお腹を空かせて来店した客が堪え切れずに通常オーダーすることで稼ぐ…これがこの店のやり方なんだと思います。 で、やっと届いた肉寿司ですが、写真の通り!ももはパサパサ、ローストビーフはバラバラで、美味しそうですか…これ?(食べ放題予約時に出てくる肉寿司の写真はとても美味しそうでした。) そしてシャリ!これも酷くて、サイズがデカすぎ!七味瓶より太くて、この店の焼鳥に近い長さの特大サイズ。更に握り方がギューっと握られている上、米が冷えているのでカチカチ。美味しい肉寿司を楽しみに来た客が、食べ放題でも目一杯おかわりしたくなる味ではない上に、圧倒的なサイズ感の米が腹を満たしおかわりさせない、というのもこちらの店の魂胆でしょう。私は意地になっておかわりをしたのですが、6貫オーダーしてから、25分経って提供されました(ちなみに、ラストオーダーは来店から90分です…)。 最後に接客。 最初に出される肉寿司が出てこない旨を近くの店員に伝えると、「今作ってます」と返され、他のオーダー品が来ているのに最初に提供するものが来ないのは何故か聞くと、「お客さんが来てから作るので今作ってます。」と。話にならないので店長を呼んでください、と言うと「店長は私です。」と…この時点でマジか、と思いました。終いにはその問答を5分ほどしていた最中に他の店員が寿司を持っていった様で、それを聞くや店長「今出しました。」と。絶句。 店長は日本語が(おそらく)通じそうでしたが、基本的に多国籍な店員さんが揃っていて、その内の一人は、無言でテーブルに料理を乱雑に置いていく店員でびっくりしました。 会計時に止めのサプライズ!先程のお通し、二人で960円!全てが高すぎるこのお店で一番質の割に高かったといえるのはこのお通しです! さらにさらに!消費税10%とは別に 「サ ー ビ ス 料 1 0 %」 これは驚きました。この店内の雰囲気、料理、値段、接客て、よくサービス料まで取れるな、と。厚顔無恥な店としか言えません。二人で顔を見合わせて吹き出してしまったのは言うまでもありません。 選択肢の多い大宮で店を構えられているのも、不評が立っては屋号を代えて出店、みたいなことを繰り返しているからでしょうか、あくまで推測ですが。 とにかく、居酒屋、肉寿司、どちらで見ても大宮は選択できる店が複数ある中で、絶対に行ってはいけないお店でした。リピーターは絶対にいない、そう確信して言える店です。 最後に、この口コミを見て、予約や来店を取りやめていただける方が少しでもいれば幸いです。わざわざこんな店でなくても他に美味しい店はたくさんあるので。 長文&駄文、大変失礼しました。最後まで読んでいただき、ありがとうございました。

大宮 響 だるま屋 最悪でした 近年ぼったくり居酒屋が流行ってるので不安でしたがやはり最悪のお店ですね…ここまで酷い所は初めてです。お通しはしなびた切り干し大根が480円… ビールは洗浄してるのってくらい臭くて飲めませんでした。酒の提供は遅いし、もつ鍋頼んでもモツはほんのわすが、、 消費税とは別にな、なんと、【サービス料10%】キャバクラかよと思いました。なんのサービスも受けてなく、むしろ店員の外国人の態度は横柄でした。 コロナ禍で大手チェーンが閉まっている中、そこにつけ込んでるとしか思えません ホットペッパーのクーポンを見せてもお会計から20%オフと書いてあるのに、フードが20%オフになっただけ…二度と行きません… やはり大手チェーンが1番いいと思います
