ヨ	ヨッパのホッシー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外観は真っ赤なテントが印象的。コロナのため、午前１１時半から営業している。店内はカウンター席とテーブル席があり、一人でもグループでも楽しめる。木製のカウンターが木の温もりを感じて落ち着く。検温と埼玉県独自のコロナアプリを使いコロナ対策もバッチリ。焼酎、「ガツ刺し」「塩の盛り合わせ５本」を所望する。ガツ刺しはとてもきれいな盛り付け。コリッとした食感と柔らかな食感が楽しい。臭みは一切なく焼酎が進む。白ネギと生姜の味変で楽しみ中盤から酢醤油をたっぷりと回しかける。酢のさっぱり感がよく焼酎をおかわり。盛り合わせはタン・ハツ・かしら・シロ・シビレの５本。食感や味の違いを楽しみながら一口ずつ違う串をいただく。この日は静かに肴を楽しみ飲む方ばかりだったので、落ち着いた雰囲気で豚もつを楽しめた。 The appearance is impressive with a bright red tent.
