日曜19時ごろいくと、ほぼ満席でしたが、すぐに通してもらえました。麺がパリパリで美味しいです。お好み焼きをヘラで切ったときに、ザクザク音がします。持ち帰りもあるようです。

美味しい。でも正統派「広島焼き」ではない。 オリジナル (創作・型破り)を 試したい方には一度オススメします。 味付け・見た目も、ソース前面。塩味が強め・油っこく麺が堅焼きのお好み焼を お求めの方には、受けが良いでしょう。 近隣では「堅焼き」はあまり無いので、 希少性と差別化で、価値を生まれています☆ ☆広島のお好み焼の特徴としては、全般的に、大盛り(平均10センチ嵩)のキャベツをクレープ生地で被って、キャベツの水分で蒸し焼きにするのが王道とされています。そのためフンワリ、キャベツの甘味も特徴。 こちら日々来さんや一部の有名店では、焼く際に、ヘラで押さえ付ける「潰し焼き」のスタイルも、本来の広島焼きと共に人気。 それでも、通常たっぷりのキャベツは嵩が残り、野菜感・甘味もしっかり感じられるものですが、 こちら日々来さんは、キャベツの量が特に少なく、また薄切り(線切り?)の分 、余計にキャベツの存在感がなく、揚げ焼きの堅麺を前面に出されて(あえて出して?)います。 一般に、仕上がりが全般的にフンワリな広島お好み焼とは 一線を画し…正反対です。 ★残念ですが野菜感は無く、揚げ焼きにした少し焦がし目のソース漬け堅麺と、油、塩味が特長だって、野菜・調味料の旨味はあまり感じられません。 以前 初めて食べた時(平成末期)は濃いめ味付けはまだ新鮮に感じ、それでももっと野菜や玉子の形は見られましたが、当時より野菜感は無くなり、ソース堅焼麺が前面。少しエスカレートした感あり。お客層も若い方が目立ちます。 最近あっさり和食好きの私には、頻繁に何度もは無理な感のオリジナル焼きです。 当店でも取扱いの地元大手ソース会社 オタフクでは「お好み焼は野菜料理だ~!」とラジオCMで唱えますが 笑 野菜も高価な時代、お好み焼き店の経営にはどのお店も厳しい環境が続いている近年ですが、 ★野菜感を期待して有料で「野菜ダブル」を注文しても、日々来さんでは野菜の形は損なわれ、ダブルでもシングル(通常)以下のボリュームしかありませんでした。正直…探す様で 残念でした。このため野菜感を期待したお好み焼をお求めの方は、向かないかも知れません。 お値段が割安?なのは、経営ご努力の他、野菜の量を抑え、蒸し焼き時間も省略 (ガス代・回転効率)の、削減の工夫もあるのかも知れません。(ラーメン店で例える所、太麺 具沢山炒め???のチャンポンより、極細 堅茹で博多系ラーメンの方が 高回転 高効率の仕組みに似て。) 見た目も通常の広島焼きを期待してはいけません。 広島焼きは、標準的にはクレープ生地、野菜、麺、肉、玉子にソースや青海苔・ネギ等と丁寧に層を作り、少しでも丸み膨らみを帯びますが、 こちら日々来さんのは、潰し焼きのためボリューム感はなく、油・ソース色濃く、玉子も円形に丁寧ではなく、堅焼き麺が前面で、 ヘラで切ると硬い短冊状です(→他の方の画像をご参考に) 味も、ソース前面、油と塩味が強く…ビールで流すのには吉 一般に広島焼きは、ソース以外に魚粉など風味も豊かなモノですが、その様な旨味感は薄いです。 これはこれで、良しですが… 鉄板料理と併せ とくにお酒を飲む方向け?にお勧めです。 お子様やご高齢、ご家族でのお食事などには万人受けではないかも知れません。 ☆来広者に「広島」のお好み焼として、初めに これを印象付けられると、少し違うと思います。 ☆ふわ焼き 麺とマイルドなソース、蒸し焼きキャベツの甘味、魚粉の風味、肉のジューシーさのハーモニーといった、広島のお好み焼の美味しさをお求めの方には、先ず他のお店でお楽しみ頂き、その後にこちらで違いを楽しまれると良いかと思います♪ スタイル的には、ほかの方のコメントにある通り、宅配専門「としのや」さんのそれに近く、 ⭐️揚げ焼き・堅焼き がお好みの方は、広島でも備後 府中市の「府中焼き」にハマるかも知れません。 一度、府中市内の「幸 さち」さん等の本場の府中焼きを試されると、バランス良い揚げ焼き麺と野菜・挽き肉の旨味は絶妙で☆きっとハマられるでしょう♪ 広島のお好み焼は、鉄板の上でフンワリ野菜の段階をヘラで上手く返し焼く「技術」も必要。待つお客様も 焼き上がり工程の見どころです☆ その点、抑え(潰し)揚げ焼きは、型崩れしにくい一つの工夫・宅配向き、なのかも知れません。 以上 正統派の「広島焼き」と期待しては異なる点も多いため、初めての方にも分かりやすく比較を含めて書きました。参考まで♪? お店はJR横川駅から徒歩5分圏内、飲食店の多い駅北の少し外れ 路地の路面店で、地元の常連さんで賑わっています。手前に鉄板席、奥にテーブル席もあり。 お好み焼の他 多様な鉄板焼メニューをアルミホイルで提供され、若いお客さんに人気の居酒屋になり、雰囲気も良く入りやすいです☆ お支払いは現金。クレジットカードは使えません。 ※?️?駐車場はなく、テイクアウトでも付近のコインパーキングを利用される事をお勧めします。 夜間、僅か3分の間でも、全消灯したクラウンパトカー?が前方で監視していました。路上駐車の重点取締りエリアの様です。(評価には関係ありません。)

土曜日の夜に訪問。横川駅からはちょっと歩きます。鉄板前のカウンターと奥にテーブル席があり、今回はテーブル席を選択しました。メインのお好み焼きの前に小皿料理をいろいろ注文しました。どれもいい感じに美味いです。メインのお好み焼きはソバとうどんのちゃんぽんにしましたが、これもなかなか美味いです。ただソバはカリカリに焼いたものが上に乗っていて、ここは好みが分かれるかもですね。車だったので飲みものはウーロン茶だけでしたが、お酒も種類は豊富でした。そして驚いたのは散々飲み食いして勘定が二人で5000円程だったこと!これは安い!店員さんも丁寧親切な対応でGoodです!これはいいお店見つけたなあ^_^ 再訪確定です!

広島風のお好み焼きは今まで美味しいと感じたことがなかったのですが、このオムが乗ったビジュアルに負けて来店。 今まで食べたお好み焼きの中で関西風も含め一番美味しかったです。 私が今まで食べていた広島風のお好み焼きはいわゆるフワフワ系というものらしく、今回の日々来さんはパリパリ系。 表面をカリッカリになるまで焼きます。 切った時にパリッパリッという音が鳴り、耳心地が良い。 感動しました。 必ずまた来ます。

日曜日お昼の開店直後に伺いました。店内は比較的混んでいませんでしたが、12時を過ぎると混んできました。1人で伺ったので鉄板前のカウンターに案内されました。店員さんにて椅子の下にかごを置いていただけるので、荷物はそのかごに入れます。上着は壁に掛けることができます。おススメは月光焼きと日々来焼きと教えていただき、月光焼きをお願いしました。ふわふわ卵が上に乗っています。店員の方は丁寧に丁寧に焼いています。麺を丸く丸く形を整えていました。個人的に月光焼きは良かったです。値段もお値打ちだと思います。支払いは現金のみです。
