★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広島のお好み焼きが食べたくてたどり着きました。美味しく、ボリュームもたっぷりでした。うどんかソバが選べますが、うどんがまた美味しかったです。うどんだけで食べたいくらいです(^-^) ちょっとソースが多くて味濃いです。薄味が良い人は、ソース少なめで頼んだ方が良いかも？
 I wanted to eat Hiroshima's okonomiyaki. Delicious and plenty of volume. You can choose udon or buckwheat, but the udon was delicious again. I just want to eat udon noodles (^-^). If you have a light taste, should you ask for less sauce?

納豆スペシャルを注文。
納豆は大粒を使っておりお好み焼きという濃い味に負けずしっかり納豆の味を感じれて良いですね。
納豆自体にも味付してお好み焼きに合うようにしてるのはgood 。
前半は中々だったけど食べ飽きてくる。
これは完全に好みだけど自分はパリパリ系が好きではないのでそれも原因。
自分は麺自体の美味しさも重視してるので麺自体の美味しさが足りないから後半が特にしんどかった。
某人気店がパリパリ系だけど美味しいと思ったことを考えるとやっぱり比べてしまう。

高齢化で後継なく 惜しまれつつ閉まってゆく店が多いのも 最近の現実。
こちらの店主や奥さまは お若く元気で?明るく親切です。
お店は入口の階段が少し高いですが手摺も備えられて、
その分 店内からは??公園通りを借景に眺め佳し?️
お店も鉄板をはじめキレイにされています。
お席は、鉄板に数名、テーブルが２つと標準的なスペースで、とても良い雰囲気✨
持ち帰りも快く受けられており
どなたにも行きやすい地元お好み焼店となるでしょう (^^)
