人形町おひとりさまナイト、2軒目は居酒屋。
はすみに行ってきました。ワインの次は日本酒を飲みたくなったんで。
店内は結構広めです。
■選べる日本酒
ソロメシ用に用意されたメニューから おひとりさまさま歓迎ちょい飲みセットにしました。
田酒などレアなお酒も選べます。
この中から選んだのは栃木県の外池酒造店の無濾過 辛口純米 望です。
すっきりした辛口。食事にも合いますね。
■季節のおつまみ
マグロの煮付けですかね。
シンプルな味付け、でも食べ応えあります。
■刺身盛り合わせ
マグロ、水蛸、ヒラメとエンガワの昆布締め。
日本酒飲みながらつまむのにちょうど良いですね。
今度はゆっくり来てみたいお店でした。

Ningyocho One Person Night, the second is an izakaya.
I went to Hasumi. After wine, I wanted to drink sake.
The inside of the store is quite wide.
■ Selectable sake
From the menu prepared for Solomeshi, we made a small drink set that welcomes one person.
You can also choose rare sake such as rice wine.
The one I chose from these was the unfiltered dry pure rice Nozomi from Tochigi Prefecture's Sotoike Sake Brewery.
Clean and dry. It goes well with meals.
■ Seasonal snacks
Is it boiled tuna?
Simple seasoning, but satisfying to eat.
■ Assorted sashimi
Tuna, Pacific octopus, flatfish and porch kelp tightening.
It's perfect for picking up while drinking Japanese sake.
This time it was a shop I wanted to visit slowly.
