時間帯が混んでいない事もあり、すぐに対応修理して頂けました。
購入して5年以上使用していますが、大きな故障もなく長持ちさせていただいています。
今回だけではありませんが、毎回丁寧な対応と無償での修理や調整には、別の職種の身ですが頭が下がる思いです。
大変ありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 耳が遠くなってきたので、いつもメガネでお世話になっている水晶堂さんに補聴器を購入しに行きました。音にも様々な種類があって、聞きとりにくい音があることを、検査結果から自分でもよくわかりました。日常生活で使ってみながら、何度か調整を繰り返し、使いやすいレベルに合わせてもらいました。補聴器は聞きたい音だけでなく周りの雑音も拾うので、調整が大切な事を使ってみて分かったのですが、水晶堂さんは、丁寧に話を聞いてくれるので、補聴器を使う年代の方におすすめの店だと思いました。
