★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宮城県仙台市に転職した時にメガネスーパー 仙台クリスロード店を見つけ来店しました。今回はコンタクトレンズの購入が目的だったのですが、広瀬通駅とあおば通駅の間に位置しており、職場のアクセスも良いのでふと立ち寄ってみました。コンタクトレンズを購入する際は必ず視力など検査もするので事前にネットで来店予約をしており、スムーズな対応をしてくれました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近頃目のピント調節が合いずらくなってきて裸眼の生活が難しくなってきたと感じてきたので、メガネを作ろうと思って仙台駅近くのメガネスーパー 仙台クリスロード店さんにお邪魔しました。大手のメガネ店だけあって、視力検査はもちろんですが、その他にもあらゆる検査を行ってくださりました。少し前までは視力に自信があり、メガネやコンタクトとは無縁と思ってきましたが、改めて目は大切にしないとな、と感じるようになりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ３ヶ月分両眼のコンタクトレンズを店頭にて購入した際、縦に２ヶ月分両眼のコンタクトレンズで丁度良いくらいのビニール袋に３ヶ月分をぎちぎちと入れ込もうとしていて、目を疑った！！！
しかもよく見たらその袋は店のでは無くコンタクトレンズメーカーの袋で、「あれ、貴社の袋じゃないの？」と思った。頼んで紙袋に詰めてもらったが、白地に両面ともでかでかと『メガネスーパー 』のロゴが書かれていてとてもダサかった。店員も若干引いていたし。
紙袋がないから無理矢理詰めているのかと一瞬思ったが、紙袋あるんだったら最初から入れてくれ！
眼鏡市場の洒落た紙袋を見習うか、サービスで３ヶ月分両眼のコンタクトレンズを購入する人もいるんだからそれが入るビニール袋用意しておいて欲しい。

I requested it and packed it in a paper bag, but both logos on both sides of the white background and the "glasses super" logo were written and it was very dull. The clerk was also drawing a bit.
I thought for a moment whether there is no paper bag, so I thought for a moment, but if there are paper bags put them in from the beginning!
Because you train a fancy paper bag in the eyeglass market or buy contact lenses for both eyes for three months in service, I'd like you to have a plastic bag in which to put it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅が田舎の方にあるのでコンタクトを買いに行く時はいつも車で行くのですが、仙台周辺でコンタクトを買う時はいつもこちらのお店で買ってます。近くの駐車場の料金を2時間までなら負担してくださるので助かってます。
メガネスーパーというと大手のチェーン店というイメージがありますが、仙台店にいらっしゃる店員の方は、みなさんベテランで専門知識が豊富で安心できる方ばかりです。昔ながらの個人のメガネ屋さんのような丁寧でアットホームな接客だなあと思い、気に入ってます。最初は自分の分だけでしたが、今では子供の分もお世話になっています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コンタクトを使っていたけど調子が悪くてずっと悩んでいました。1dayにしたら問題なくなるのですが、割高なのでずっと1dayを使うわけにもいかないので、違うお店で相談してみようと思い仙台駅のメガネスーパーに行くと、色々なタイプのコンタクトレンズを紹介してくれました。メーカー別にも見せてくれて細かく説明してくれたので今まであやふやだった知識がまとまって自分で選べるようになりました。目の調子が悪いことについてもしっかり相談にのってくれて、しばらくアドバイスどおりにしていたらよくなり、コンタクトもできるようになりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台に帰省した際、祖母がメガネ屋に行きたいという事で広瀬通駅、あおば通駅近くのこちらの店舗につれて行った。
ここって視力検査とかも店舗でしてくれるから助かる。やはり祖母も女だ。メガネ選びや相談事にも時間がかかる。そこで自分も暫く視力検査していなかったので検査してもらいつつ、コンタクトレンズを購入した。
店員は専門知識を持っている方が多いようで、祖母も店員に色々相談していた。店内もアットホームな印象がある。店員の対応も高年齢者に対しても親切丁寧。購入後のメンテナンス、保証サービス、修理、メガネの下取り、出張訪問サービスなど色々やっている。今後はわざわざ連れていかなくても電話すれば来てもらえるようなので祖母も安心だ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コンタクトレンズの購入で、かかりつけの病院と提携していたことから利用しました。店員さんはレンズの知識はもちろん豊富で、色々アドバイスくださいました。
ただ、定期購入の場合の金額など分かりにくい部分があり、そこは残念でした。
