あ	ああ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長町店とは比べ物にならないくらい、かなり優しく丁寧な接客。長町店で購入してレンズがすぐに外れる為、初期不良で長町店に持っていくと、返品交換は出来ずお客様都合で、有料。でも調節したので大丈夫と言われもって帰ったが、高速道路を運転中にネジがぶっ飛び片方のレンズが取れました。２度長町店に行き報告したが雑で対応悪く、かなり遅くまで待たされたので、もう行きたくないと思い今回仙台店を利用しました。仙台ではちゃんと話を聞いてくださり、対応も早く親切で丁寧でした。正直ｿﾞﾌは死ぬ思いをしたので、利用はしたくないが、仙台店の対応を見ると、もう１度だけ買ってみようかなと思うほどでした。ただ宮城県は店舗が少なく、仙台は中々行かないので、何かあったら近場の長町になってしまう為もぅ購入することはないです。 A very kind and courteous customer service that can not be compared with the Nagamachi store.
