Nice autumn decorations.
We would not have come in if it hadn’t been recommended beforehand but it was a very pleasant experience !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A one-man show of noodles magic. Not your typical ramen joint. Very classy decor, almost resembling a high end sushi bar. The snapper broth is amazingly delicate yet flavorful. The somen noodles are the right consistency. Grilled fish pieces provide the right accompaniment. Came here on the recommendation of our hotel manager. Loved every bit of it. The chef speaks some English so foreigners would feel a little more at home. Credit cards accepted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unique ramen experience, the place to go if you're looking for refined and delicate ramen.
Ramens are made out of 鯛 (seabream) broth. チャーシュー (pork slices) are replaced with charcoal grilled seabream.
Side menu also very good, I would recommend the grilled duck meat.
Only counter seats, very classy atmosphere. The chef is not much of a talker but watching him cooking with such precision was very entertaining!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter gave it the Super Noodle rating and I agree. A beautiful classic/modern feel with an expert Chef who cooks a mean Duck Raman, they also have salmon too and many others. I would make this my first Raman stop and will make this place my go to.
