ちなみに、入店直後に注文した焼き鳥盛り合わせは1時間後に提供されました?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雰囲気が悪かった。お客がカウンター席に座って食事をしていると言うのにキッチンで店員が他の店員に激怒し、その後もイライラした態度を晒していてとても不愉快でした…二度と行きたくありません。
一応他の店員に支持を出していたのでたぶん店長だと思いますが

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 個室があるので、ゆっくり話しをしながら飲みたい時に利用します。和風で薄暗い感じが落ちつきます。
2Fの個室が静かでよいです。コース料理はサラダがお代わり自由なのがよいですが、単品のお料理のほうが好きです。チーズつくね、さつまあげ、唐揚げはいつも食べます。お誕生日会では別料金でケーキをお願いしましたが、思ったよりケーキが小さかったかな。
Because there is a private room, I use when I want to drink while talking slowly. I feel calm in Japanese style and dim.
The 2F private room may be quiet. The course dishes should be a salad instead, but I prefer a single dish. I always have cheese, salmon, and fried chicken. I asked for a cake at an extra charge at the birthday party, but maybe the cake was smaller than I thought.

1回目利用した際に時間も限られていたので早めにお会計をお願いしたが、まず女の子が他の卓の伝票を持って来て別の人が違うと指摘してもう一度持ってくると言ってしばらく待たされた上でお会計。おつり3000円程あったはずなのに10分待ってもおつりが来ず。さっきお会計を持ってきた女の子がキッチンの男の人とペチャクチャお喋りしているのが見えたので直接レジに行っておつりが来ないと話すと先程の女の子がパタパタとキッチンに入っていき用意されていたであろう私達のおつりを持ってきました。私達のお金はどこに行っていたのかはさておき「すみません」と言ってはいるもののヘラヘラした謝り方に腹立ちました。お金のことなのでちゃんとした方がいいですね。
2回目利用した際にもこちらも仕事前ということで時間が限られてたのでファーストドリンク頼むのと同時に食べ物も一気に頼みました。15分経ってもファーストドリンク、おしぼり、お通しが来ずピンポン鳴らして飲み物まだですか？と聞いたら少々お待ちくださいと言って別の女性が来て発した言葉にビックリしました。「もう一度頼んだもの教えてもらってもいいですか？」絶句。私達のオーダーはどこに行ったのでしょうか。結局頼んだものは来たが時間もなかったため掻き込むように食べました。お金も払いたくなかったです。

土曜日で混んでいたこともあると思いますが、ドリンクも料理もファースト注文以外はまだかな～と感じるくらい遅かったです。
小籠包はテーブルで火を付けて最終仕上げをするのですが、燃料の量が足りないのか、全然温まらず燃料を追加してもらいました。
あと、注文を取りに来たときや、提供の時手ぶらで帰るのはどうかと思います。
お客側から｢これ下げて下さい｣と言わないと下げないので、テーブルの上に空いたお皿やグラスが溜まっているのに乗せようとしてきます。
