★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賃貸契約の相談でお電話させていただきました。
事情があり、早めに契約書がいただけないか相談したのですが、希望の日には間に合わないかもしれない、保証ができないの一点張りで応じてはいただけませんでした。
その場はしょうがないと思ったので事情を説明し、大家の方に早く契約の話が通るようお願いをして、スタッフの了解をいただきました。ですが後で確認の電話をしましたら、その話がどうなっているかわからないと言われてしまいました。
引き受けた仕事をやらない。事情も察しない。またお客様のために何かしようという努力すらしないという印象で、本当に酷い電話応対だったと思いました。二度と利用したくありません。
比較になりますが、他の不動産屋で同じように事情を話したところ、こちらの事情を察して応対していただいたお店がありました。
元々希望していた部屋とは違いますが、接客が丁寧だったのと事情を把握していただいたことが嬉しかったので、こちらで紹介していただいた部屋に決めました。
電話応対も気持ちひとつで全然違うと思うんですけどね。

There was a situation, and I consulted about whether or not I could get a contract early, but I couldn't accept it with a single point that I could not guarantee on the day I wanted.
I thought it would be inevitable, so I explained the situation, asked the landlord to talk about the contract quickly, and got the staff's consent. However, when I confirmed the phone later, I was told I didn't know what was going on.
Don't do the work I took on. I don't even think about the situation. I also felt that it was a really terrible telephone response, with the impression that I didn't even try to do something for the customer. I do not want to use it again.
For comparison, when we talked about the situation in the same way at another real estate agent, there was a shop that responded to this situation.
Although it was different from the room I originally wanted, I was glad that the customer service was polite and understood the circumstances, so I decided on the room introduced here.
I think that answering the phone is completely different with a single feeling.

担当してくださった森さんがとても親切にわかりやすく説明をしてくださり、その日のうちに物件を決められました！
なかなか時間が作れない中でも時間に合わせてくださりとても有り難かったです。

対応がとても良かった。物件情報も、周辺の地図や契約の際に必要な書類を細かに記載した資料を用意してくれた。物件を見に行くまでの道中も、不快感を感じない程度のちょうどいい話量と内容で、とても好感が持てた。
内見時も、物件の魅力を充分に話してくれたし、メジャーを忘れたと言ったら、貸してくださるどころか、わざわざ測ってくださってとても助かった。
しかし他社の物件の方が気に入ってしまい、ご縁は切れたと思ったが、他社でトラブルがあり物件契約が無しになった。橋本店で紹介していただいた物件が2番目に気に入っていたので、メールで助けを求めると、すぐに電話をくださり、親身に話を聞いてくれ、疑問にもすぐ答えてくれた。
契約することに決め、遠方に住んでいる契約者との連携も郵送や電話でうまいこと滞ることなくこなしてくれた。
わからないことを電話すると、忙しいのにもかかわらず現地まで赴き調べてメールで返答してくれた。
鍵の受け渡しの際も、マニュアルなのか親切かの判別はつかなかったが、スムーズに契約内容の確認を簡単に噛み砕いて説明してくれた。
最後まで気持ちよく、不快・不審に思った点が１つもなかった。これから物件を探す際はハウスメイトさんにしようと思ったし、友達が物件を探す際も薦めようと思った。
担当者は、村田さんという方です。社内で、彼の評価がもっと上がりますように。

I used a Hashimoto store.
The correspondence was very good. The property information also prepared materials that detailed the maps of surroundings and the documents necessary for contracting. On the way to go to see the property, I was able to have a favorable feeling with just the right quantity and contents that did not feel uncomfortable.
Even at the time of preview, I talked about the appeal of the property fully, and if I said that I forgot the major, I did not bother to lend it, but I was very sorry for taking the trouble and measuring it.
However, I thought that the property of another company liked it and thought that it was outrageous, but there were troubles at other companies and there was no property contract. Because I liked the second thing that was introduced at Hashimoto store, as soon as I asked for help with e-mail, he gave me a phone call and asked the story with my parents, and immediately answered my doubts as well.
I decided to sign up and cooperated with a contractor living in a distant place to do things that were good at mailing or phone calls without delay.
When I called something I do not understand, I went to the place despite being busy and responded by e - mail.
Even when delivering the keys, I could not distinguish whether it was manual or kind, but I briefly chewed and confirmed the confirmation of the contract contents smoothly.
I felt comfortable to the end, there was not one point I thought of as unpleasant / suspicious. When I looked for the property from now on, I decided to make Mr. Housemate, and I thought I should recommend it when my friend looks for the property.
The person in charge is Mr. Murata. I hope his evaluation will be improved further in the company.

Mr. Shibusawa was an interesting person who was kind and easy to interact with, so I enjoyed searching for properties. Next time, if I have a chance to find a property, I would like to ask Mr. Shibusawa again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハウスメイトさんは2回利用させていただき、2度とも森さんに対応していただきました。とても親切な対応をしていただき初めての引越しもスムーズに出来ました。最初の契約の際は暗くなってからのお伺いでしたが、そのままの足で気になった物件を見させていただけました。契約後もカーテンのサイズなど図らせてほしく、ご連絡したところ立ち会いしていただけました。こちらのわがままも聞いていただき、大満足です。次に引っ越すときもハウスメイトさんにお願いしたいと思います。いつもありがとうございます。

こちらから沢山質問しましたが、ハウスメイト側で出来ること・出来ないことを明確にしながら回答していただけたので、納得のうえ物件を決められました。
他社を下げるような発言などもなく、好印象でした。
