麺はやや太めでコシがまずまずありましたが、
出汁は薄めで今一つでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出勤まで少し時間があったので、朝イチで食べに飛び込みました。８時過ぎとなれば他に客は１人しかいらっしゃいませんでした。
冬季には『冷かけ』をやっていないということでしたので、『しょうゆうどん大（２玉）』を注文しました。
即時提供されたそれの盛り付けとしてはオーソドックスに大根とカットレモンのみで、あとはフリーのトッピングでの調整となるのですが、標準装備のレモンがスライスだったため香り付けのみで絞ることができなかったのがとても残念でした。
『こがね製麺所』や『たも屋』と同様にワカメがフリーなので、少し乗せればアクセントにはちょうどいいかと思います。
うどん自体は細〜中細〜中麺と太さにすごくバラつきはありますが、意外にもストレートで概ね一様に茹で上がっているのは、四国中央市の某人気店とは技術がまるで違うと言っても過言ではないでしょう。

I didn't do cold-chilling in winter, so I ordered "Shoyu Udon Dai (2 balls)".
As for the provision of it immediately provided, it was only orthodox and radish and cut lemon, and after that it was adjusted with free topping, but since the standard equipment lemon was a slice, it could not be squeezed only with fragrance It was very disappointing.
Wakame is free as well as "Kogane Noodle Shop" and "Tamoya", so if you put it on a little, I think it is just right for accent.
The udon itself has very different thicknesses from thin to medium thin to medium noodles, but surprisingly, it is boiled straight and almost uniformly, because the technology is completely different from a popular shop in Shikoku Chuo City It would not be an exaggeration to say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の朝10時過ぎに入店。先客が2人居ました。店内は広く清潔感があります。本日はかけうどん(大)と鶏天、ちくわ天を頂きました。
麺は中太麺でモッチリして量もあります。出汁は色が濃く見えますが、しっかりした味で最後まで飲み干し、完食しました。
天ぷら、おにぎり類も豊富にありますが、鶏天はモモ肉が串に刺してあり、柔らかくて結構旨かったです。
ネギ、天かす、生姜、ワカメは自分で入れるスタイルです。ネギ好きの私にはネギの入れ放題は嬉しいサービスですが、ワカメも入れ放題なのは凄く嬉しいサービスですね。天ぷらをトッピングしなくてもこれだけでワカメうどんが出来そうです。
あと、子供用のお椀、スプーン、フォークが置いてあるので、小さい子供の居るご家族には便利だと思いました。
また、7のつく日は50円引き&割引き券が貰えるみたいです。
もう１つ嬉しいサービスとして、コーヒーがセルフサービスで自由に飲めるのもありがたいです。
とにかくここは色々サービスが充実してると感じました。

久しぶりの再訪です。
麺、出汁共に安定した美味しさです。
まだ、朝早かったのでお目当ての「鶏天」が揚がってなかったのが残念!!なので今回はかけうどん(大)になす天、ちくわ天を頂きました。
食後のセルフサービスの熱々のコーヒーも美味しいです。
Entered after 10 am on weekdays. There were two customers. The inside of the store is large and clean. Today I had Kake Udon (Large), Chicken Ten, and Chikuwa Ten.
The noodles are medium-thick noodles, and there is a lot of noodles. The soup stock looks dark, but it has a strong taste and I drank it to the end and ate it.
There are plenty of tempura and rice balls, but chicken tempura had peach meat on a skewer and was soft and delicious.
Welsh onions, tenkasu, ginger, and wakame seaweed are the styles you can put in yourself. As a green onion lover, all-you-can-eat green onions are a nice service, but all-you-can-eat wakame seaweed is a very nice service. It seems that you can make wakame udon with just this without topping with tempura.
Also, there are bowls, spoons and forks for children, so I thought it would be convenient for families with small children.
Also, it seems that you can get a 50 yen discount & discount ticket on the 7th day.
Another nice service is that you can drink coffee freely by self-service.
Anyway, I felt that there are various services here.

It's been a long time since I visited again.
Both the noodles and the soup stock have a stable taste.
It's a pity that the "chicken heaven" I was looking for wasn't fried because it was early in the morning !!
The self-service hot coffee after a meal is also delicious.

麺のコシ、太さ、粘り、表面のざらつき具合、最高の麺だと感じました❗️
出汁はいりこ出汁ですが、少し薄く感じたので☆4つにさせてもらいました。次に来た時は釜玉かザルか、濃い味のを食べてみたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに朝うどんに行ったら、以前に比べて麺はコシがあり少しモチモチして、美味しくなっていた。出汁もすっきりして美味しかった。残念なのは相変わらずネギのエグミは強かった。飲み放題のドリップコーヒーはアメリカンで飲み初めは良かったけど、しばらくするとプラスチックカップの匂いがして興ざめした。

小麦の味が感じられて、美味しかったです。
On the way back from the first visit, Kamaage udon + egg tempura.
