★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応したおじさんが、ほとんど提案も物件も探してくれず、こっちが質問しても一言ほどで終わってしまう。接客業やってる意味が分からない！それこそ、交渉に関して聞いても、やる気のない返事が返ってきた。「ほとんど値下げ交渉する人いないですからね！」それを聞いて、もういいです！と言って出てきた。本当は、内見もしたいとメールでは、いっていたのに、その事にも触れず全然仕事をしない不動産屋なんて、初めてみた！あんなんじゃろくに成績もないだろうなと思う！しかも、他の不動産屋さんにその物件を聞いてもらうと、エイブルでしか扱っていないと言われたので、他でちゃんと交渉してくれる物件をさがしてもらった！
The uncle who responded hardly searched for suggestions or properties, and even if I asked a question, it would end in just one word. I don't understand the meaning of doing the hospitality business! That's why when I asked about the negotiations, I got an unmotivated reply. "Almost no one negotiates a price cut!" Hearing that, it's okay! And came out. Actually, I've never seen a real estate agent who didn't work at all even though he said in an email that he wanted to have a preview! I don't think there will be any grades like that! Moreover, when I asked another real estate agent about the property, I was told that it was only handled by ABLE, so I asked them to find a property that would negotiate properly with others!

He knows I am a foreigner and therefore he use easy to understood Japanese. He showed great customer service from the beginning until now.
I really recommend going to this place.
