★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無責任。入居日の前日の夕方に鍵をもらい、翌朝から引越し業者を使って引越しを開始する予定だったのに、引越しの前日に「鍵の引き渡し日が変更になった」と電話をよこすわけでもなく、メール一本で連絡が来た。
急いでミニミニに電話したものの、埒があかないので、仕事を途中退社して、わざわざミニミニまで事情を聴きに出向いた。
結果的になんとかなったものの、危うく当日に入居できず、引越し業者その他諸々のキャンセル料が発生するとこだった。
ここの担当者(40代くらいの主任の肩書の女性)がいい加減で嘘つきで常識がない。
「鍵の引き渡しは当日店舗で私が待ってます。19時でも20時でも待ってます。」と言ってたにも関わらず当日は有給。引継ぎもなし。
事前に「合鍵何本あるか連絡します。」と言ってたにも関わらず連絡なし。
現地集合の物件見学には遅刻。その他諸々の無責任な言動、行動。
無責任な人だから、自分で言った鍵の受け渡しを忘れて有給取って、それを同僚にも相談せず、自分の失敗を隠して、メールで誤魔化そうとしただけでしょう。
担当者じゃ埒があかなくて、ミニミニの静岡支社にクレームを入れたら、ここの店舗の責任者から連絡が来たものの、責任者も責任者で「担当者が悪かった(責任者である自分には責任はない)」という説明しかしてこない。言い訳ばっかり。引越し何回か経験しているけど、こんな酷い対応をされたのは初めて。
私はこの店を絶対に許さない。オススメしない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 此方で管理人の提示する条件が私に合わないため仲介してもらえなかった物件（問い合わせすらせず）も他社に行くとすぐに仲介してもらい即日で決まりました。
担当が無能なのか、自社の物件を紹介するのに必死なのかはわかりませんが接客業のわりに客を蔑ろにしすぎだと感じます。
