橋	橋子太陽 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ７月に訪問しました。新そばの時期は、１年に２回あります。夏と秋です。この時期は、夏（６月から８月上旬）に刈入れられたそばの実を使用してそばにしてあります。夏場の新そばということで、「夏新」と呼ばれます。夏新は、北海道産のそばの実を中心に使用されています。半十郎さんもそうだと思います。半十郎さんのそばは、色は薄いそば色、風味は、そばだけを口の中にいれ噛むと、ふわりと強くはありませんがそば香を感じます。またそば自体は、細身でコシがあり、噛むと弾力を感じます。そばつゆは、かつおだしがよく聞いており香りとともに味もよく出ておりました。もりそばを大盛りで頼み、とてもおいしくいただきました。店内の雰囲気は、和風の調度を中心としつつも、全席、椅子席でとてもゆっくりと過ごせるところでした。もりそばは、着座し注文してから１０分程度で配膳されてきました。お店の方も、丁寧な積極でした。 I visited in July.
