★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新潟駅前から徒歩1～2分の好立地は非常に便利。設備はそれなりだが、都心のカプセル並の料金で一部屋ユニットバス付きはありがたい。有料番組見放題の代償（？）としてNHK（EテレBS等全て）が見られないのはやや痛い。
 It is very convenient for the good location 1 to 2 minutes on foot from Niigata Station. Facilities are reasonable, but it is thankful that one room unit bath is with charge with capsule size of the downtown area. It is somewhat painful that NHK (E-tele BS etc. can not be all seen) as the price (?) Of pay program unlimited viewing.

値段を考慮したらいい宿です。
年期も入ってるし綺麗とは、言えないが寝るだけならユニットバスも付いてるし駅からも近くて楽だしホテル周辺には、飲食店もコンビニも何でも有るから新潟駅を拠点にするには、オススメします。
ただ値段を考慮したらをお忘れなく！

It is good hotel if we consider price.
It is clean and I can not say the year, but if I only sleep I can get a unit bus and it's near the station and I can enjoy it and there are all kinds of restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. , I recommend.
Just do not forget if you consider the price!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寝るだけと割り切っての深夜の到着。期待してなかった分、フロントの若いお兄さんのとてもとても礼儀正しい気持ちの良い応対に感激しました。建物は古いしお部屋はダブルベットがどーんとあるだけで確かに狭いですが、二人で寝るなら十分！駅からも近く安く泊まれてラッキーでした。飲み屋さんが周りに多いけど、疲れていたせいか騒々しさを感じる事もなく熟睡出来ました！
Late night arrival that is simply divided to sleep. I was impressed by the very young, very polite and pleasant reception of the younger brother at the front desk because I did not expect it. The building is old and the rooms are certainly small with just a double bed, but it is enough if you sleep with two people! I was lucky to stay near the station cheaply. There are many bars around, but I was able to sleep well without feeling noisy because I was tired!

友人の結婚式があり、素泊まり5,200円で利用しました。
新潟駅から徒歩5分の立地で繁華街にも近く、土曜日で5,200円はありがたいです。
さすがに部屋の質は、、、まあ昔からあるビジネスホテルということで狭いですが、汚くはなかったです。
フロントマンの対応は好印象でした。受け応えが丁寧で、夕食から帰ると、顔を覚えてくれていたのか、部屋番号を言わずとも鍵を渡してくれました。
なかなか新潟に行く機会はないですが、一人で行くことが有れば、候補に入れたいです。

There was a friend's wedding and I used it for 5,200 yen without meals.
It's a 5-minute walk from Niigata Station and close to the downtown area.
As expected, the quality of the room was a small business hotel, but it wasn't dirty.
The frontman's response was a good impression. The response was polite, and when I got home from dinner, I remembered my face and gave me the key without saying the room number.
I don't have a chance to go to Niigata, but I want to be a candidate if I go alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新潟駅や繁華街から近くて、料金も安い(時期によって変動)。この施設は、基本はシングルルーム。部屋が狭いがテレビは、デカイ。会員カードなどを作ってくれたら良いのに。(予約電話で全て聞かれる)
It is close to Niigata Station and downtown, and the price is cheap (varies depending on the season). This facility is basically a single room. The room is small but the TV is big. I wish I could make a membership card. (All will be asked by reservation phone)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always stay at a Single every time I'm in Niigata City. Single 1 is extremely close to the station and it is very inexpensive yet very clean. The staff are always very sweet. The night guy is great! 10/10 recommend for those looking for a cheap bed in the city.
