セルフで使える醤油、だし醤油もあったらいいのになと思いました。天ぷらに醤油はちょっと濃いです（うどんが汁なし系だったもので…。かけうどんだったらそのままうどんに天ぷらのせられて良かったのかも）。
I feel that the taste is inferior when compared to Marugame. Hard noodles.
I wish I had soy sauce and dashi soy sauce that I could use on my own. Soy sauce is a little thick in tempura (Udon was soup-less... It might have been nice if the udon was topped with tempura.)

温かいうどんは問題もないのですが、冷たいうどんを注文すると7割くらいは生ぬるいうどんが来ます。以前本社に電話した後は少しの間改善していましたが最近全然ダメですね。こちらは冷えたうどんを食べたいから注文しているのにぬるいうどんを提供されても困ります。

There is no problem with warm udon noodles, but if you order cold udon noodles, about 70% will come with lukewarm udon noodles. After calling the head office before, it has improved for a while, but recently it hasn't worked at all. I'm ordering this because I want to eat cold udon, but I don't want to be offered lukewarm udon.
