篠	篠原竜彦 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 花千鳥さんは秋田県鹿角市の中心部にありますがややわかりにくいです。駐車場もあります。お店に入るとすでにホルモン鍋のかぐわしい香りに包まれます。鹿角ホルモンは一般的なものとは違い、ジンギスカン鍋を使ったスタイルですが、こちらのお店はまたさらにひと味異なります。最初から鍋に盛り付けられたお肉とキャベツがガス台にドンと乗せられます。その時点で鍋の縁はスープで満たされております。その後着火すると湧き水のごとく鍋の縁にスープが染み出してきますので、これをアクを掬うような形でお椀に取っていきます。これは捨てずに後で煮上がってきたときに再利用します。ホルモンは正肉のような部分も含めていろいろな部位が入っています。大腸部分だけではありません。またスープが絶品、ご飯にかけて食べると牛丼のような味わいを楽しめます。定食にはサラダもついて満腹間違いなし。さらにお冷が美味しいですよ。これも大自然の中にある鹿角だからこそ?他にはない味、ぜひ一度この花千鳥さんにお越しください? H	Hiroshi K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鹿角ホルモンといえば「ホルモン幸楽」が有名ですが、僕の信頼する食通の友人がコッチの方が断然味付け良いよ。といってたのを思い出して行ってみました・・。「ジンキスカン鍋でキャベツとホルモンを煮ながら焼く？」ってのが、ココ辺りへんのスタンダードなホルモンの食べ方のようですが、僕はキャベツは煮るよりも焼く方が好きなので今回はロースターで焼く「塩ホルモン定食（８５０円）」ってのにしてみました・・。店内は実にアットホームな雰囲気で、トレパンで食べてる方も何人か見受けられます・・(^_^;) お店のオバちゃんも、何も知らない僕に親切に焼き方や食べ方を教えてくれて、韓国によくある小さな料理屋と凄く雰囲気が似ているなあと思いました・・。これで８５０円とは・・大満足できると思います・・。 Speaking of Kazuno hormone, "hormone Koraku" is famous, but my trusted foodie friend, Kochi, is definitely better seasoned.
