I found the High Grade Calbi to taste kind of like bacon, without the bacon flavor. Even the normal Calbi wasn't all that enjoyable. The miso soup wasn't good, the rice was decent though. I drove an hour to come here, I discourage anyone else to make the drive, it's not worth it.
