ホルモン鍋とライスをいただきました。
店主さんが、できあがりのタイミングも見てくれて、とても美味しくいただきました。
コスパもいいので、これから大更に来る時はココにしようと思います。

家から近いのに何年ぶりかに伺いました。
ホルモン鍋500円と小ライス130円と食べ終わり後に追加で中華そば500円頂きました。
気のいい親父さんが準備してくれて煮えるのを待つのですが、どうしてもビール飲みたくなるのが辛いです笑
そして実食。ホルモンはプリプリでスープは辛味噌仕立てで少し濃いてすがビールのお供には最適ですね美味しかったです。
それから、他のお客様さんが食べてるのを見てどうしてもラーメンが食べたくなり追加注文。程なくして出てきた昭和の「中華そば」が堪らなく美味しかったです。細縮れ麺は硬めに茹でてあり、スープは鶏ガラ煮干し主体の生姜風味が少ししました。知人は「盛岡市の中河に似てるかも」と言ってましたのも頷けます。
難点は駐車場が店前しか無いみたいですがそこは田舎、何とでもなりますからw
当然お気に入りの店になりました(^^)

And a real meal. The hormones were pre-prepared, and the soup was made with spicy miso and was a little thick, but it was perfect for beer companion. It was delicious.
Then, when I saw other customers eating, I really wanted to eat ramen, so I made an additional order. The "Chuka soba" of Showa, which came out soon after, was unbearable and delicious. The finely crispy noodles are boiled hard, and the soup has a little ginger flavor, which is mainly dried chicken sardines. The acquaintance nodded that he said, "It might look like Nakagawa in Morioka."
