鉄	鉄道王 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ＪＲ勝川駅から歩いて３分ほどの場所にあるバル、平日の夜に利用してみました。店内はカウンター６席とテーブル５卓程度の席数、１７時少し過ぎくらいに入りましたが一番乗りでした。メニューはタパスにアヒージョ、肉料理にパスタ、パエリアなどがありなかなか魅力的なラインナップです。中でも１番人気はウニのプリンということだったのでまずはそれに人参マリネとイカのスミ煮を注文です。ウニのプリンは臭みもなくしっかりした雲丹の風味が感じられますね、少し塩気はしっかりですがこのくらいの味のがむしろガーリックトーストとの相性が良く美味しいです。イカのスミ煮もイカ墨の濃厚でまろやかな味わいがお酒との相性バツグンですね。追加で限定３食というウニボナーラを食べたかったのですが、この日はできないということ、表に出ていたメニューや本日のオススメの中には書いてあったんですけどね、残念。代わりに白子とマッシュルームのアヒージョを注文、白子のアヒージョってのは初めてかもでしたが、なかなかにイケますね。臭みもなく鮮度の良い白子自体も良かったですがニンニクやアンチョビなどとの相性もバッチリですごく良かったです。近くには姉妹店「鉄板バルエテルノ」もあるということでハシゴをすると生ハムやサービスがあるということだったのでそちらのお店にもお邪魔させていただきました、ごちそうさまでした。 I tried using it on weekday nights at Bar, which is about a 3-minute walk from JR Kachigawa Station.
