A	A AA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料理提供に時間がかかりすぎ。入る際、料理提供に時間がかかりますと言われたが、前菜も1時間半待っても出てこず飲み物しか出てこなかった。入る際に的確な時間を伝えるべき。また、後から来た予約のものが私たちが頼んだものと同じものを注文していたがそれの方が早く来ていた。そのような対応なら、時間がかかると伝える以前に客を入れるべきではない。厨房は1人だけ、料理もほぼ出てこないのにホールは2人。ホールは、暇そうに立っている時間が多く、人数が配分がおかしい。 1時間半も何も出ずに気長に待ったがその際に声かけの一つでもあってもいいんじゃないか？自分が客の立場だったらどう思うかを考え行動するのも大事なのではないか？配慮のかけらもない対応にはとてもガッカリ。目の前にあるので行ったが再訪に関しては吟味が必要。時間がかかることを承知の上で行くことをお勧めします。 It takes too long to serve food.
