★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オンラインストアでの購入ではこちらの納期に間に合わなかったため、倉庫である株式会社ハルタ建築設計事務所（軽井沢）にて直接家具を引き取らせて頂きました。
遠方から来ていることが伝わっているかは不明でしたが、梱包は緩衝材を一枚被せただけであり、3時間半の峠道を考えると不安と疑問が募りました。案の定、帰り道はかなり慎重に高速を運転する必要に迫られ、疲弊する旅路となりました。このような形で家具を引き取られる方は少ないかと存じますが、その場合は梱包材を自身で用意した方が良いかと存じます。
以前はとても素晴らしい対応をして頂いただけに、今回は誠に残念でした。
 Since the purchase at the online store did not meet the delivery date, we picked up the furniture directly at the warehouse, Haruta Architects Co., Ltd. (Karuizawa).
It was unclear if it was transmitted from a distance, but the packaging was only covered with a piece of cushioning material, and considering the three-and-a-half-hour pass, anxiety and doubts arose. Sure enough, the way back was exhausted because I had to drive at high speed very carefully. I think that few people take furniture in this way, but in that case, I think it is better to prepare the packing material by yourself.
It was a pity this time because I had a very wonderful response before.
