★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女性の店員さんにとても丁寧に対応していただきました。子ども連れだったためベビーカーをお店の外に出して入店したのですが、店内に広げていいですよとお心遣いをいただきました。おかげでゆっくり店内を見ることができ、本当に良かったです。こういう良いお店は末長く残って欲しいと思います。また、鉱石はあくまで鉱石。石の持つパワー云々の売り方をしないところも素敵だなと感じました。

石を近くで見たい場合に、ひとつひとつ店員に声をかけて鉱石を出してもらう必要がある。
その際に、面倒くさそうに対応してきた。
気になる石があって、店員に声をかけたら「お待ちください」と自分の作業を優先する始末。
お客が優先だと思うけど。客観的に見て、別のお客の対応をしていたわけではない。急を要する作業をしているわけでもないのに、自分のペースで仕事したいのは分かるけど、接客業なのだから、ちょっと有り得ないと思った。
何かと質問すると「はい」「違います」みたいな感じでYesかNo返答。
購買意欲を下げるような言い方で、終始気分が悪かった。
あの、接客業だと思うのだけど。
廃れたコンビニ店員位の接客レベル。
私仕事出来てますオーラ出してたけど、接客業としてはゴミレベル。最低限も出来てない。まだ、仕事が出来なくても愛想が良いコンビニ店員の方がマシ。
仕事様子を見ていたけど、スタッフ２人もいらないでしょ？って程度の仕事ぶり。
YouTube見て興味を持った人は、予めそういうのを知ってから行った方が良い。
こういうのって、かなり売り上げに影響すると思いますよオーナーさん。
スタッフの対応や、第一印象で店に対するイメージが決まります。
改めてスタッフの在り方を見直した方が良いと思います。

ですが他口コミにもあるように、狭めな店の中で、アルバイト？の女性店員の圧が気になります。
閉店時間より前でも早く店を閉めたいのか、「まだ居るよ」とこちらを睨みつけながら店員同士で言っているのが聞こえたりして、やる気ないな〜なぜこの店で働いてるのかなあ？？という印象。
そんな雰囲気のイマイチさもあって、ちょっと入りにくい印象のあるお店です。
