阿	阿吽の呼吸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SARTOであった時には何度もお世話になっておりました。その際はとっても丁寧な手仕事に毎度感動させられていたのですが、独立されて店名が変わったのだそう。その時点でやめておけば良かったと未だに後悔しております。２点お直しを持ち込んだのですが、１点目はこちらの要望(ミシンたたき)を全く聞いてくださらず白のワンピースの裂けた部分に全く別の色の布を挿し色に入れたらどうかなど、提案がトンチンカンなのでお直しを断念。２点目はベルベット生地のワンピースのファスナーの簡単なお直しだったのでお願いしたのですが、仕上がりに絶望いたしました。ファスナーは途中までしか開かず布地はグリーンなのに黒の糸が使用されておりミシン目に沿わずガチャガチャと縫い返され切られた布地はロックミシンやまつり縫いなどの処理もされておらずほつれてきておりほどいた糸は放置その上、欠けたミシン針を使用されたためか布目を踏んで生地が切れてしまい、ベルベットが凹んでしまっていました。こちらの工房では仕事道具のメンテナンスもキチンとされていないのでしょうか… そして受け取りの際は特になんの説明もありませんでした。大切にしているお洋服だからこそ、簡単なお直しでも高い料金を払ってプロの手でやっていただこうと持ち込んでいるのに、こんなにいい加減なお仕事をされるとは思いもしませんでした。未だにこの洋服を見ると大切な思い出とともに、このことが思い出されとても悔しい思いです。写真を添付いたします。皆さまの参考になれば幸いです。 I was indebted many times when I was SARTO.
