We cycled from Tokyo to Kyoto over ten days and this was our favorite camping spot. The staff were very friendly and everyone that was camping there seemed to be more the traveler type than anything else. The zen vibe with the stacked rocks at the bathing area made it a special place that will stay in our memories. Peace!

The closeness to the creek was the only redeeming quality. The hike to the waterfall was the nice, but you don't have to stay there to go. This place was our last resort and you should avoid it.
