★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蟹味噌担々麺と蟹玉丼食べました。蟹の身を贅沢に使った本当に美味しいお料理でした。ご夫婦でお店をやってらっしゃる様ですが、お話し好きな素敵なご夫婦♥️美味しいし量的にも満足で本当大々満足でした。絶対行って損はしませんよ！

開店すると地元の人たちがひっきりなしに入ってくる。スタミナラーメンと餃子を頂きました。スタミナラーメンは餡がしっかりかかっていて危うく火傷しそうになります（笑）とっても美味しかったです！

When the store opens, locals come in constantly. I got stamina ramen and gyoza. The stamina ramen is covered with bean jam and almost burns (laughs) It was very delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 向側のしおかぜ香苑に車を止めて、香住カニのカニ味噌をたっぷり使った担々麺を食べに行ってきました。噂以上においしい。濃厚なカニ味噌と担々麺の辛味が混ざって絶妙な美味しさ。思わずうまいと叫んでしまった。辛味そぼろ担々つけ麺もうまい。でも辛い。吹き出す汗を拭きながらいただきました。
北海道で食べた海老ラーメンより確実に美味い。次回は家族全員連れていきます
I stopped at the Shiokaze Kouen on the other side and went to eat Dantan noodles with plenty of Kasumi crab miso. Delicious than rumored. Rich crab miso and spiciness of Dantan noodles are mixed to create an exquisite taste. I screamed unintentionally. The spicy soboro dantan tsukemen is also good. But it's spicy. I had it while wiping the sweat.
Definitely delicious compared to the shrimp ramen I ate in Hokkaido. Next time I will bring the whole family

久しぶりに訪れました。
私の定番は「餃子定食(ご飯大)」
手作り餃子も一粒が大きく食べ応えあり！ご飯にメッチャ合うお味♪
今日は、付け合せの一つにゴーヤのツナマヨ和えがあったんですが、これがなかなか美味しかった！
お母さんが少ししんどそうなのが気がかりでしたが···お元気にお過ごし下さい。
また食べに寄ります。ごちそうさまでした！

I visited after a long time.
My standard is "Gyoza set meal (rice size)"

Today, one of the side dishes was a bitter gourd with tuna mayo, which was quite delicious!
I was worried that my mother would be a little tired, but please stay healthy.

ラーメン定食はオムレツがついてきました。感染対策をキチンとされてるお店でしたので、安心して利用できました。
I visited for a late lunch.
The ramen set meal comes with an omelet. It was a shop that was supposed to take measures against infection, so I was able to use it with confidence.

もやしラーメンをオーダーしましたがボリュームもありとてもおいしかったです。しっかりとしていて優しい味。
餃子もおいしかったです。
お持ち帰りしたカニみそまんは車中食としていただきます。

香住らしいカニを押した料理と普段遣いの定食や定番メニューの両方が揃っています
初訪問にてまずはカニ味噌担々麺を注文、店内落ち着いていたため5分程で到着、カニ味噌とく前にスープを一口、ベースの担々麺がまず美味しい、辛過ぎずピリリくらいでコクがあります。カニ味噌をとくと、たちまちカニの濃厚な香りが広がりますが、担々麺の程よい濃さと相まって磯臭くならない絶妙なバランス、カニのほぐし身が入ってるのも嬉しいですね、麺もちょっと多めくらいでしたがあっさり完食、ご飯も頼んでスープまで頂きました
また他のメニューも頼んでみたい店でした

When you melt the crab miso, the rich scent of the crab spreads immediately, but with the moderate strength of the dandan noodles, it has an exquisite balance that does not make it smell like rocky shore. I finished the meal easily and ordered the rice and even the soup
