j	junyao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日の夜、諸事情により車を赤坂へ置いてくることに。本日車を引き取りに行くにしても、マスクの持ち合わせがないので電車もバスも乗りたくない。 25㎞前後＝５時間前後か…、暇だし歩くか❗ ということで中間地点でブランチ。『ラーメン@ラーメン博多王子・王子』どノーマルな豚骨ラーメン、まず麺はバリカタで。なかなか好い茹で加減? シャキシャキなモヤシ? 醤油ダレに漬け込んだようなチョイと塩っぱめな豚バラチャーシュー×２、肉厚な感じは好いのだが、脂身ばかりだったのは残念。見た目が綺麗な味玉×半分もチョイと塩っぱめ。ライスがサービスで食べ放題なのはそのためか❓ 替え玉もバリカタで? １杯目よりも替え玉のほうが麺量が多く感じるのは気のせいか❓ 卓上トッピングにすり胡麻と辛子高菜が無いのは残念。おろしニンニクと紅生姜を乗せるが、紅生姜が何故かほんのりと甘い…、これはアウトだな。本場九州人の評価は…、どうかなという感じだが、自分的には残さず食べられたのでOK(笑)。美味しくいただきました⭐ (￣∇￣)ゞ 2020.04.12 I decided to leave my car in Akasaka last night due to various reasons.
