It's a legendary shrine of Inaba's white rabbit, but it's a little disappointing because it doesn't seem to be well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋が更に深まり｢八上姫公園」の桜の?が紅葉して降り落ちています。
大国主命と八上比売とのラブストーリの石碑が立ち並んでいますから公園の中は移り行く季節とは関わりなくいつも淡くも情熱的な愛が溢れています。
隣は八上姫神が祭られた｢賣沼(めぬま)神社」があり正に女性にとってのパワースポットです。
公園の側すぐに(曳田川)が流れ、すぐ下流で千代川と合流し日本海へ注いでいます。もし仮に嫌なことや忘れてしまいたいことがあればここ｢八上姫公園」と｢賣沼神社」のパワーをお借れしてスッキリ流してしまいましょう。
As the autumn deepens further, the cherry blossoms at Yagami Hime Park fall and fall.
There is a love story lined up between the main power and Yasue Hachisou, so the park is always full of light but passionate love, regardless of the season it moves.
Next to it is “Menuma Shrine” where Hachigami Himegami was celebrated, which is a power spot for women.
The (Iwata River) flows right next to the park, and joins the Chiyo River immediately downstream to pour into the Sea of Japan. If you have something you don't like or want to forget, let's borrow the power of “Hachijo Hime Park” and “Kakinuma Shrine” and refresh it.

川の対岸には嶽古墳、隣には売沼神社。
There is a monument on which the love story of Hachijo-hime and the great country lords is drawn, and you can see it on foot.
An ancient temple on the other side of the river, next to the Onuma Shrine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八上姫を祀った売沼神社の隣にあり、八上姫一族の前方後円墳がある山が目の前にあります。古事記の因幡の素兎の物語を漫画とともに分かりやすく解説した石碑が整備されています。秋でしたので金木犀の香りにつつまれて散策しました。桜の木もありましたので桜の時期もよいのではないでしょうか
Next to the Menuma Shrine, which enshrines Princess Yagami, there is a mountain in front of you with the front and rear burial mounds of the Princess Yagami clan. There is a stone monument that explains the story of Inaba's rabbit in the Kojiki in an easy-to-understand manner along with the manga. It was autumn, so I took a walk surrounded by the scent of Kanagi. There was also a cherry tree, so I think the cherry blossom season is also good.
