淡麗 スープはあっさりで素材の香りが良く後味がスッキリ。 麺はもちもち。香りはそこまでかな。 濃厚 スープは煮干しのえぐみはそこそこで脂の香りが立っていて美味しかった。 麺はプツプツ切れて食べやすい。 おかわり玉 良くある和え玉。麺の旨さを強調出来る商品だけに麺よりも味付けが先行して少し残念だった。 美味しいけど麺が好きな人にはお勧めできないかな。 全体的にクオリティーが高く美味しかったですよ。

オープンして直ぐぐらいにたまたま行きました 麺がウリらしいですが全然美味しいとは思わずスープもイマイチ それとスープケチり過ぎじゃない? 少な過ぎて麺の冷めるの早いし 麺食べたらほぼ無い 勿論好みもありますが再訪は無いです

とても美味しかったー!淡麗和風ラーメンと特濃和風ラーメンとおかわり玉をいただきました。特濃和風ラーメンはこってり濃厚だけど食べやすく細麺に絡んでとても美味しかった。五色あられの食感がクセになります。淡麗和風ラーメンもあっさりスープにちぢれ麺がマッチしていてこちらも絶品でした。また訪れたい店が1つ出来ました。

午後1時ちょい前に来店して、特濃煮干しラーメンと餃子を注文。濃厚煮干しスープに、ちょい硬めの若干ボソボソ感のある細麺っていうタイプでした。煮干し濃厚スープが非常に良い感じで、美味しく頂きました。 ここからはあくまで個人的な好みの問題ですが、私、ラーメンは太麺が好きでして、特に濃厚スープなら尚の事太麺ってタイプの人間なんです。スープがかなり私好みだったので、ちょっと残念。それとレアチャーシューや炙りチャーシューも良いんですが、チャーシューはトロトロチャーシューが好みなもので…これも濃厚スープなら尚の事って具合です。麺・具材共に、スープにパワー負けしてる感じになるんですよね。しつこいようですが、あくまでも個人的好みの問題です。 餃子は至って普通でした。

2022.03.19 汁9 特濃煮干しラーメン 麺8 880円 具8 総合8.5/10点 【スープ】 うんまかった。良い感じの濃いクリーミースープに苦味を全く感じない煮干しが自然に香り素晴らしい一体感。濃厚ながら繊細さを感じさせる。 【麺】 細ストレート麺。中につぶつぶが配合されていて製麺にこだわりを感じる。博多麺に近い印象。スープとの相性抜群でサクサク啜ってしまう。 【具】 チャーシューではなく完全に生ハム。強めの塩分はスープとなかなか合っている。独特なのはカラフルなアラレ。見た目は華やかで良いのだが味にプラスがあるか不明。紫玉ねぎはスープによく合いつつ見た目も華やか。 【淡麗煮干しラーメン】790円 麺の箱というだけあり、麺をガラッと変えてある。中太縮れ多加水寄り麺で、こちら麺の甘味香りが素晴らしく多加水型では滅多に拝めないハイクオリティ。スープは濃厚食べた後だからかあまり煮干しの香りや動物のコクが感じ取れず、コショーだけ感じた。思ったより普通のスープな印象。濃厚食べた後に味見しちゃいけないかも…。 【おかわり玉】200円 そのまま、まぜそばとして食べられる形式の替え玉。胡椒が効いててややチンチン亭風のまぜそばに仕上がっている。そして量が少ない。半玉ぐらいの印象。何口か食べるとすぐ無くなるため、思わず2おかわりしてしまった。ちなみにラーメンに投入してガラッとラーメン自体を変えるあえ玉式では無い模様 【餃子】390円 なかなか旨い。宇都宮式の野菜餃子で生姜が効いているような。超旨いとは言えない気がするがそれなりに旨い。390円はちょっと高い。 【総評】 麺スープ共にレベルの高い店だった。生ハムチャーシューも見た目は良いのだがここでしか食べれないオリジナルのチャーシューも食べてはみたい。そして看板もラーメンもオシャレなのにメニューが場末のラーメン屋風なのもなんか惜しい。そして日光街道通っててラーメン屋と分かりずらいのも妙に惜しい。ほぼ名店なのに。

ネーミングセンスが引っ掛かり行ってみる事に 駐車場はちょっと分かりづらいのと、通りからの間口がちょっと狭いので気を使う 店内は明るくてラーメン屋にしてはキレイに感じる さて、気になるオーダーですが、らーめんの鶏白湯は特に印象は無い しいて言えば、チャーシュー代わりの生ハム?が美味しかった、だけww 餃子に関しては地元宇都宮餃子の雄みんみんがベースにある宮っ子なので、値段の割に全くピンと来ない……不味いわけではないが、この値段でこの程度なら頼むことは無い まぁ気になってた店が気にならなくなったという点ではスッキリしました
