日曜日11:25に再訪。入店待ち2名。特製切麺1000円を注文。同行者チャーシュー切麺880円を注文。8分で着丼。私は気になりませんでしてが、同行者酸味が気になったと。やはり麺が選べれたらよいな。美味しくいただきました。 木曜日11:50に初訪問(4人テーブル1・2人テーブル1・カウンター5)に先客5名、特製切麺1000円を注文7分位で着丼。醤油スープ見た目濃いのかなと思ったら甘さがあり魚介系の味香りが良いスープ。佐野ラーメンにコシをあたえたような縮れ太麺、チャーシュー2枚・2センチ角のチャーシュー4 つ。白葱・青葱・メンマ・海苔。味変に香味揚げを一匙、魚介が強く味替わらずまた一匙なんとなく替わったような、香味油の方が良いかも。チャーシュー旨いし葱も切り方替えて食感替えてるミル挽き白胡椒良いですね、切麺押しなのは判りますがストレート細麺も選べたら良いですね。接客も丁寧再訪します。

未訪問店を攻めようと来店しました。 民家です。 玄関入って靴脱いで上がります。 ノーマルの切麺オーダー。 節出汁がガッツリ効いてます。 麺も唯一無二。 太縮れ麺、固すぎるのやだなーとおもってたら、ツルツルふわふわ。 評価分かれてますが、個人的にはとても美味しかった。

肉屋の前の細い道を入ると住宅街のど真中にお店があります。少々場所がわかりづらいかもしれません。店構えは、お店というより年季の入ったモロ一軒家。住宅を改築していて、お店でラーメン食べるというより人ん家で食べてるような不思議な感覚です。 メニューは一択で醤油ラーメンのみ。ここの特徴は手打ちの切り麺で、もちもちつるつるでコシの強いの手打ち麺のよさを味わえます!麺は旨いです。スープは乾物や節系のダシが利いていて、それでいてほのかに甘味のある不思議なスープです。あまり他所にはない味といった印象。ですがツルシコのコシのある手打ち麺と節が利いた甘めのスープが妙に合っていて相性バッチリです! 今回チャーシュー切麺大盛を注文したのですが、チャーシュー増しが120円、麺大盛が60円増しと安いです。しかしチャーシューも麺も大盛という感じがあまりしなかったです。ま、金額と量が比例してるということですね。 なので麺は大盛をオススメします!
