★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 御祭神は高龗神・闇龗神。久安3年(1147)3月29日に鎮斎された。国道118号と県道28号大子那須線，水郡線と久慈川が縦一列に並んだ地，アクセスは県道28号線から狭い路地を西に入り，味わいのある両部鳥居とくぐって，杜の中の石段を上っていくと突然陽光輝く境内が。おおっー茅の輪ではありませんか。ちょっと形がアレですが，まごうことなき・・・キョロキョロ。誰もいないな？「スッ」（くぐる音）
社殿は，さらに石垣（古くて本格的です）の上に鎮座していらっしゃり，御本殿の覆屋の形式は初めて見るようなビイドロ窓付き二階建て風造営です。
かくも格式高い大社ですのに，あの県道沿いの入口が地味ですので，100人中105人は絶対通り過ぎてしまうでしょう。もったいないことです。
