★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場から歩いて10分程度で行ける所にあって登山道も稜線沿いに有る為キツイ登りや急な下り等も無い為スニーカーで楽に登れます。
It can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot from the parking lot, and since the mountain trail is along the ridgeline, you can climb easily with sneakers because there are no climbs or sudden descents.

It was disappointing that there were huge rock formations and light moss was not understood well, but I could feel the breath of nature.

絶景ポイントもあって良かった

まずは望郷の森キャンプ場を目的地に設定して、
そこからさらに続く道(デフォルト状態のGoogleマップには先の道が無い、航空写真に切り替えると道が続いている)を進むと
瞑想の森駐車場を越えて、さらに進むと笠置山山頂駐車場に到着する。
車で来る場合、目的地を笠置山山頂駐車場にすると違う場所を案内されてたどり着かない。
ここに車を止めて山道を歩いて約10分くらいで奥社に着きます。
ヒカリゴケは拝殿裏の山道を下り、木でできたハシゴが2つある所を登って、左側の岩の間にありました。
光を反射してエメラルド色に光っていました。
If you drive here
First, set the Bokyo no Mori campsite as your destination,
If you continue on the road that continues from there (the default Google Maps has no road ahead, if you switch to aerial photography, the road continues)
After passing the meditation forest parking lot, you will reach the Kasagiyama summit parking lot.
If you come by car, if you set the destination to the Kasagiyama summit parking lot, you will be guided to a different place and you will not be able to reach it.
You can park your car here and walk along the mountain road to reach the inner shrine in about 10 minutes.
Hikarigoke went down the mountain path behind the hall of worship, climbed the place where there were two ladders made of wood, and was between the rocks on the left side.
It reflected light and glowed in emerald color.

山頂の木々に囲まれた静かな神社で、東奥に山頂となる岩が有ります。
その岩の周辺には天然記念物指定されている「ヒカリゴケ」が有るそうですが、残念ながら見つけられませんでした。
I visited on May 1, 2021 for climbing Mt. Kasagi.
It is a quiet shrine surrounded by trees on the mountaintop, and there is a rock that becomes the mountaintop in the eastern part.
It seems that there is "Hikari Goke" designated as a natural monument around the rock, but unfortunately I could not find it.
