仕事などで通院する時間をつくる事が大変でも、特に最初は集中して治療する事をお勧めします！症状が少し落ち着いてきたら、自宅でも出来るストレッチを教わり、様子をみながら治療の間隔を空け、時々メンテナンスで通うと良いと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 腰が痛くて1ヶ月間に数回通いましたが、全く良くなりませんでした。
むしろ悪化しました。
施術後が痛みのピークで、次の施術までの約1週間に自然回復で良くなり、施術でまた痛くなり
と繰り返しました。
腰痛も整骨院での治療も初めてだったので、こんなものかなと思って数回通いましたが、
最後の施術後に、この2ヶ月で一番痛みが酷くなったため、さすがにおかしいと思い通院をやめました。
治療が自分に合わなかったのだと思います。
症状の経過をうまく伝えることの出来なかったこちらの不足もあったと思います。
ただ、症状・原因を的確に診断できなかった、先生の技術不足は大いにあると思います。
その後、整形外科でのリハビリに通っていますが、1週間もかからずかなり良くなりました。
的確な診断・指導だったのだと思います。
ちゃんとした治療を受けるのであれば、まずは整形外科に行くのが良いと感じました。
営業時間や予約の取りやすさでは整骨院の方が圧倒的に都合が良いので、
整骨院に行きがちなのですが、、、

I felt that it would be better to go to orthopedics first if I wanted to receive proper treatment.
Osteopathic clinic is overwhelmingly more convenient in terms of business hours and ease of making reservations, so
I tend to go to the osteopathic clinic, but ...
