M	Mii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日のランチ時間、13時半に伺いました。入ったらすぐ、レジで店員さんとお客様が何かゴタついてる感じでしたが… こちらに気がつくと、店員さんはちらっとこちらをみて、ランチタイムは終わりました。とさっと一言でまたレジの店員さんと何やら確認中。何を言われたのかわからず、もう一回聞き直すと、ランチタイムは終わりました。再開は3時からです。とのこと… 全く、申し訳ないですとかもなく、終わりました。ということを事務的に伝えるのみ。ネットで調べて伺ったのですがまさか日曜の早い時間に閉まるなんて書いていなかったもので愕きました。店先には営業時間書いてあったのでしょうか？気がつかず入った私たちが悪かったのでしょうか。さっさと諦めて、他店に伺ったところ、そちらのサービスと接客は素晴らしかったので、結果的には良かったのかもしれません。他の方も低評価つけているので、この客商売が大変な時代、もう少しお考えいただけるとありがたいです。長くなりましたが、こんな事があるという事を知っていただきたく投稿させていただきました。 I visited at 13:30 on Sunday lunch time. さ	さとし on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 金曜日の夜、18:30に予約して初利用しました。店内はほぼ満席で賑わっていました。予約時には感染対策のため、必ずマスクを着用してくること、入店時はアルコール消毒と検温をしてから、お店での感染対策について説明とお願いがありました。ちゃんとしてて安心感があります。店内は牛角らしくこじんまりとした感じですが、席は狭くなく快適に料理を楽しめます。ロースターもしっかり煙を吸ってくれるので、普通に焼いていればあまり煙を意識せず過ごせます。 4年ぶりの牛角利用で1番変わったのは、iPad miniによる注文になってたこと。メニューにある番号を入力して数量を入れるとオーダーが飛ぶので呼ばずに済み便利でした。ただ、残念なのはオーダーしても15分くらいお肉やライスが来るまでかかったことでした。スタッフはたくさんいるのですが、想像以上に遅かったです。最初に頼んだビールやソフトドリンクはすぐに来たので、尚更遅く感じました。また、食べ放題コースのデザートについて、スタッフの理解が不足していてラストオーダー後にお願いしないと出してくれないのも残念でした。残念な点はたまたまなのかも知れないので、また機会があれば利用したいと思います。 I made a reservation at 18:30 on Friday night and used it for the first time. If you enter the number in the menu and enter the quantity, the order will fly, so it was convenient not to call it. Unfortunately, it took about 15 minutes for the meat and rice to arrive even after ordering. There are a lot of staff, but it was slower than I imagined. The first beer and soft drink I ordered came soon, so I felt it was even slower. Also, it was a pity that the staff did not understand enough about the all-you-can-eat course dessert and they would not serve it unless I asked for it after the last order. The unfortunate point may happen, so I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
水	水島絃太 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍でどうしても消毒やマスクなついて説明があって当たり前のようにサラッといってしまうお店もある中丁寧で凄く良いと思います。がしかし！！一人が丁寧に分かりやすく説明した後で来る定員さん全員が説明してしまうのは常識あるお客さんでもひつこく感じてしまうと思います。勿体無いですよね！！スタッフの皆さんは全員丁寧な良い方達とおもうので！！スイマセン。 I think it's very good because there are some shops that explain about disinfection and masks because of the corona sickness, and it's taken for granted.
