o	oyabun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ふらっと埼玉へ。この日は美味しいホルモンが食べられるとネットで見て訪問してみました。お店の名前はマル陽。場所は上尾市大字壱丁目というところ。店の横に専用駐車場があるのでそちらに止めて訪問。店内はカウンターとテーブル席がありました。女性が1名で営業をされていました。カウンターに座ってメニューを見ます。メインのランチメニューは3種類。後は単品で肉を頼んだり一品を頼めるようになってます。今回はホルモン大盛り合わせ定食とタン、サガリを注文。目の前にロースターが設置されて料理が提供されました。肉以外はライス、スープ。こちらは味付けは塩コショウのみとなっています。タレなどはおかれてなくてシンプルにこれで食べなさいという形態。肉に自信がある証拠何やろうね♪ ホルモンはコブクロ、カシラ、レバー、ハツなどがはいっているかな。カットも適度に大きくていい感じです。しっかりと炙って食べると塩の加減が良くってご飯が進みます。基本的にこちらは豚肉なんだけど歯ごたえもいいし、新鮮でぷりぷりで美味しいです。こちらはサガリとタン。盛り付けはどばっという感じでがさつだけどこれまたボリュームがあってテンション上がります。しっかりと炙りながらこちらも美味しくいただきました。いやー、ボリュームもあるし美味しい豚焼肉でした。こういうお店が家の近所にあったら定期的に通うのになー。また機会を見つけて訪問したいです。 Flatly to Saitama.
