★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ・猫可の条件で探してるって伝えたにも関わらず、ペット不可の物件で猫を飼ったらダメという話を繰り返しされました。
・部屋が狭い、ドアの建付けが悪いという理由で引越し希望をしたのに、物を減らせ、コンテナ借りて荷物預けろと言われました。物が多いから狭いとか一言も言ってないです。
・シングルマザーだと言ったら、猫可の物件は初期費用高いし色々お金かかるし、少し広くなるぐらいなら引っ越さない方がいいと急に言われました。なぜお金が無いと決めつけて話を進めるんでしょう…。
とても気分が悪くなりました。
・見に行きたい物件の候補を伝えたのに、猫可の物件全然ないですよ、頑張って探してます、と言われました。内見の希望してるのにずっと猫可は厳しいという話をしてきて驚きました。見に行ってから決めたいと言っているのに全く話を聞いてくれません。
話は聞いてくれないし、勝手にシングルマザーだからお金ないとか物が多いとか決めつけて話を進めてきて、最後には引っ越さない方がいいと言われます。
クチコミが良かったので楽しみにしていたのに、酷い対応をされて最悪な気分になりました。
絶対にエイブル行徳店さんはおすすめ出来ません。
・ Although I told him that I was looking for a cat, I was repeatedly told that I shouldn't keep a cat in a pet-free property.
・ I requested to move because the room was small and the door was not installed properly, but I was told to reduce the number of items and rent a container to store my luggage. I haven't said a word that it's narrow because there are many things.
・ Speaking of being a single mother, I was suddenly told that cat-friendly properties have high initial costs and cost a lot of money, and it is better not to move if they are a little wider. Why do you decide that you don't have money and proceed with the story?
I feel very sick.
・ I told them the candidates for the property I wanted to see, but I was told that there are no cat-friendly properties, and I'm trying my best to find them. I was surprised to hear that cats are strict even though I'm hoping for a preview. He says he wants to decide after going to see it, but he doesn't listen at all.
It is said that you should not listen to the story, decide that you do not have money or have a lot of things because you are a single mother, and proceed with the story, and do not move at the end.
I was looking forward to it because the word-of-mouth communication was good, but I felt terrible because of the terrible response.
Able Gyotoku store is definitely not recommended.

心配なことがあり何度も電話をさせていただきましたが、みなさん優しくご対応をいただき、とてもありがたかったです。
お引越しってあまりする機会がない人が殆どだと思いますので、不動産屋さんが親身になってくださるかどうかはとても重要ではないかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 色々なレビューが寄せられていましたが、大手さんということもありお邪魔させて頂きました。
恐らく店長さんと部下の男性の方の連携も良く、レスポンスも良くご紹介頂きました。広い範囲で探しており、条件も決まっていなかったですが千葉県内の各地域に関しての御説明まで頂けた点、さすがは大手さんという印象でした。
今回行徳店さんでしたので行徳しか紹介されないと思っていたのですが、条件を一通り聞かれた上でどの場所がいいか住環境や理由も含めてご提案頂き、東西線だけではなく総武線や武蔵野線の物件資料も紹介して頂きました。
他の方のレビューに話を聞いてくれない等ありましたがこちらの店舗さんは行徳も含めて広く総合的にお部屋探しをしてもらえるので、その点自分が希望したエリア以外も紹介してくるのでそう思われる部分があるようにも思います。
実際に自分でも全然調べていない地域の資料まで出して頂いたので的外れな方なのかと思ってしまったのですが、よくよく地域を調べてみるとお話頂いた通りに、自分の希望にかなり近い住環境なのと相場も少々安い場所で許容範囲内でした。
今回は簡単に資料だけ貰って帰るような形になってしまったのですが他の地域にも詳しい方がいらっしゃるので住む地域を検討中の方にもオススメかもしれません。
つくづく相性は大事だなあと思ったお部屋探しとなりました。

Since I was a Gyotoku store this time, I thought that only Gyotoku would be introduced, but after asking all the conditions, I asked him to suggest which place to use, including the living environment and reasons, and not only the Tozai line but also Sobu. We also introduced the property materials for the line and Musashino line.
There were times when other people's reviews didn't listen to me, but this store has a wide and comprehensive search for rooms, including Gyotoku, so I will introduce areas other than the one I wanted. So I think there is a part that seems to be so.
I was wondering if he was the wrong person because he gave me the materials of the area that I didn't actually research at all, but when I often researched the area, as you said, it is quite close to my wishes. The living environment and the market price were a little cheap and it was within the permissible range.
This time, it was easy to get the materials and go home, but there are people who are familiar with other areas, so it may be recommended for those who are considering the area to live in.
I was looking for a room that I thought was important for the compatibility.

来店時、店には店長代理(?)の背の低い男の人1人。
私は新生活に向けての住居を探していました。
良さげな物件があったため、管理会社さんに詳しくお話を聞きたかったのですがその日は休みだということで、後日連絡を入れてくださるということで帰宅しました。
それから3日経っても連絡が来なかったため、こちらからエイブルさんに電話をかけました。女の人が電話に出たのですが担当者が休みのため、明日以降折り返し連絡させます。との事で切られました。それから４ヶ月経った今でも物件の連絡どころか謝罪の連絡1つ来ていません。最悪です。こんな対応の悪い不動産会社は初めてでした。若い女性1人だからといって対応を疎かにしないで頂きたい。
今までクレームと言ったものを書いたことが無かったのですが、さすがに今回のような目に合う方を少しでも減らしたいので書かせていただきました。利用するのはおすすめしません。

Since there was a good property, I wanted to talk to the management company in detail, but since it was a holiday that day, I came home because he would contact me at a later date.
Three days later, I didn't get in touch with him, so I called Mr. Able from here. A woman answered the phone, but the person in charge is on holiday, so I will call you back tomorrow. It was cut because of that. Even now, four months after that, I haven't received a single apology, let alone contact the property. It's the worst. It was the first time for a real estate company with such a bad response. Please do not neglect the correspondence just because you are one young woman.
I had never written a complaint before, but I wrote it because I want to reduce the number of people who meet my eyes like this time. We do not recommend using it.
