★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて来店した際、従業員さんが隅の部屋でスマホに没頭してました。トラブル処理の方もさほど上手くはなく、大手ならもっとしっかりした対応がしてもらえたのではと思います。また、他でお金をとらないような書類も請求されました。調べてみて評価が高いのでびっくりしましたが、正直な感想です。
When I first visited the store, an employee was absorbed in a smartphone in a corner room. The trouble handling was not so good, and I think that the major companies could have taken a more solid response. I was also asked for documents that wouldn't cost me anything else. I was surprised because it was highly evaluated when I looked it up, but it is an honest impression.
