堂	堂本あや on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく店長（元村さん）の対応が酷い。入居して早々、ガスとトイレに初期不良があり、ガスコンロは取り替え、トイレは水道管に詰まりがありトイレを外して大工事をすることに。業者を手配したら放置。その業者は連絡すると言ってから数日間連絡無しは当たり前。その間何のフォローもなくこちらが毎週直接問い合わせに行っている状況。そして未だ解決せず。こちらで物件を賃貸するのは絶対にオススメしません。管理出来ていません。かなり前の口コミで「入居したら不具合だらけ」とレビューされている方がいますが本当にその通りです。ガスとトイレの不具合って窓の建付けが悪いとか、そんなレベルではなく生活基盤を支えるものの不具合なのに他人事。ありえません。他のスタッフさんに罪はありません。店長がダメです。 Anyway, the store manager (Mr. Motomura) is terrible. During that time, we are making direct inquiries every week without any follow-up. And still unsolved. We definitely do not recommend renting a property here. I can't manage it. A long time ago, there was a review that "If you move in, there are lots of problems", but that's true. There is a problem with gas and toilets, such as poor window construction, or something that supports the living infrastructure, but it is another person's affairs. impossible. The other staff are not guilty. The store manager is no good.
