花	花山涼介 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １年程前、大会に出る前に通ってたが、ここのマシンはホントに良かった。効かせたい部位の入りがそこらのジムのマシンより違った。すごくプライベート感があった。今は桑名にいないが、桑名に戻ったら是非通いたいジム。オーナーの筋肉の知識、ポージングのアドバイスも的確で体の事をとことん研究されているんだなと思った。少しだけ整体もやっていただいたが、その時は毎年花粉症に悩まされていたのに、きっぱりなくなったのを覚えてる。ホントにおすすめするジムです。 I went there about a year ago before going to the tournament, and the machine here was really good.
