μ	μακριά Υλυσίνα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応は悪くない。が、その程度。実際問題、大家ないしオーナーとの直接交渉はさせてもらえない。という違法行為を行なっています。おかげで、家賃交渉は出来ず、他の入居者は2万の物件を3万で借りてます。かなりしつこく大家やオーナーの電話番号を聞きましたが、何故か管理会社の電話番号を教えられました。部屋は、シャワーも無いのに3万もします。二度と使いません。又、従業員の皆様は、大家やオーナーと直接家賃交渉出来ないという状態が、違法行為であるという事を、どうやら知らない様子でした。他の物件をお聞きした時も「管理会社が〜」と、定型文のような言葉しか言わないです。大家やオーナーの連絡先は絶対に教えてくれません。異常です。加えて、仲介手数料も法定規則を超過してました。その事を突っ込んでお聞きしても「我々では分かりません。そうなっているんで。」との事。完全に違法行為です。然るべき公的機関にも報告します。 Correspondence is not bad.
