H	Haru I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分で筋トレすると、すぐ腰が痛くなったり、思うように鍛える事が出来ないので、パーソナルジムを選択しました。しっかりと体の動かし方を指導してくれるので、普段使えてないところを動かせれるようになるし、腰痛にもならないので元々運動が苦手な私でも、楽しくトレーニングが続けれています。 I chose a personal gym because if I train myself, my lower back hurts immediately and I can't train as I want. It will teach you how to move your body firmly, so you will be able to move where you can't normally use it, and it won't cause back pain, so even though I'm not good at exercising, I can continue to enjoy training.
