When my parents declared that I would quit because of illness, I wouldn't let them quit by telling me that I didn't understand what it meant, such as bringing a medical certificate or looking at a tablet at home. A level that you can sue!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カーブスに、通い出して1ヶ月が過ぎ、皆さんに痩せたねとか、綺麗になったねと褒めてもらえるように成りました。
筋肉痛も、着いて来たのか前よりゆっくりですが、家族とお出掛けして歩く時間が、増えて
楽しく家族と過ごせる時間が、増えました。
家に、いたら明日から何か運動しようと思っても、中々何もしない毎日お陰で、足腰は、弱り痛いので出歩くのも嫌になってました。
カーブスだと、たった30分筋トレとと有酸素運動ストレッチも出来て
お友達も、出来て楽しく過ごしています。

It's been a month since I went to Curves, and now everyone praises me for being thin and beautiful.
Myalgia is slower than before, probably because I arrived, but I have more time to go out and walk with my family.
I have more time to enjoy spending time with my family.
Even if I wanted to do some exercise at home from tomorrow, I didn't want to go out because my legs and hips were weak and painful because I didn't do anything every day.
With Curves, you can do aerobic exercise stretching with muscle training for only 30 minutes.
My friends are having a good time.
