初心者の方はとくにいろいろ聞けるので良いのではないかと思います。

このようなグレーな会社から情報を入手している時点で
株式会社グリップという会社自体怪しい。個人情報が他で悪用されてもおかしくない。
投資物件探してる方は慎重に、まともな会社を選んでいただきたい。

名前・電話番号の出どころも合法的に手に入れたものなのか不明だし、とにかく直接会って話がしたいと長々言われ、投資物件自体に興味はなく金銭的余裕も有りませんでしたが会社がどういって儲ける仕組みになっているのかが気になって「怖いので直接じゃなくてまずは資料を送ってくれ、それを見て話を聞くか検討する」と伝えたところPDF資料をメールで送るので見積もりを作るための情報をくれとのこと。
勤めている会社の大体の規模や年収を伝え、最後にメールアドレスを教えて電話を終えましたが数日経っても資料どころか連絡すら来ず。
投資物件について検索するとまぁ損してる方がほとんどで、この会社からしたらうまく話に乗ってくれる人間以外は儲けの出ないどうでもいい客なのかなと感じました。
結果的には個人情報を取られただけになってしまいましたが、もう関わりたくないのでここで評価を書いて終わりとします。

■電話対応
下記のように、いくつか不動産会社とやり取りしましたが、はっきり言って最悪でした。初回の電話で魅力的に思えないどころかイライラしたのは初めてです。
・勤務先や借入状況を電話で確認された際、後ろで指パッチンをしながらイライラを表に出す対応ぶり
・高圧的な質問かつ、寄り添うスタンスが見られない態度
■面談も提案もしてくれなかった
会社としての強みや出口戦略を聞かない限り、物件の情報だけで不動産という高額商品の購入を決めるのは難しいはずです。顧客に寄り添う気がないので、購入後のサポートも不安が残ります。
・他の不動産会社は初回から1対1で面談をしてくれたが、こちらはしてくれなかった
・まずは借入状況などを確認した上で、物件をメールで提案→我々の購入の意志が強くないと直接会わないというスタンス
・他社では問題なく物件の提案までしてもらえる程度の属性だが、物件の提案すらしてもらえなかった
