宇	宇坪正敏 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遅めのお昼は、14時頃に、東金にあるぐうらーめんへ。こちらは、1986年創業の竹岡式ラーメンのお店です。雨が降る14時過ぎの訪問でしたが、お店の外には10人以上並んでいました。ラーメン雑誌に1位で掲載された写真などが飾られています。 15分ほど並んで店内へ。たまたま空いた、カウンターの一番手前の席へご案内。招き猫が待ち構えていました。メニューの中から、「半数以上の人が注文する組み合わせ」と書かれていた品をオーダー。ぐうらーめん　680円やくみ（玉ネギ）大盛り　+150円血液サラサラ効果も！と書かれていたので、うっかり玉ネギ増量です。竹岡式の真っ黒な醤油スープ。中細ストレートの麺にも、スープがしっかりしみ込んでいます。じっくり煮込んで柔らかいチャーシューがいいですね。そして、増量した玉ネギがたっぷり。スープに使って、甘みが増した玉ネギが美味しいです。途中から、豆板醤を投入したのですが、これも合いますね。千葉3大ラーメンのうち２つを、まさか連食するとは思っていませんでしたが、うっかり楽しめました。そして、テイクアウトで、冷凍のチャーハン用チャーシュー　350円は、5袋購入すると1袋サービス。ということで、結果6袋購入してお店を後にしました。カットしたチャーシューなので、家でご飯に乗せて、チャーシューご飯にして、いただきました。 For late lunch, head to Goo Ramen in Togane around 14:00.
