と	とみ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回お邪魔させて頂いたのは、立川家さんです。注文したのはデラマシライス700g ラーメンハーフセットです。デラマシは豚バラ肉を甘辛いタレで炒めあげており、かつ唐辛子がのってるピリ辛焼肉風です。ご飯との相性が抜群で、どんどんガンガン進んでしまいます！！卵黄を混ぜて食べると辛みが少しマイルドになるだけではなく卵黄のコクも足され、あっという間にライスが半分以上も無くなってしまいます。ちなみに通常版は紅しょうががついています。私は食べられないもので写真は紅しょうが抜きです。ハーフラーメンの方はしょう油麺硬め味普通油多めの注文です。他の家系ラーメン屋さんに比べ、すごくスッキリした食べやすいラーメンです。濃いめの家系ラーメンが好きな方は物足りないかもしれません。でも、家系らしさもしっかりありスープまで余裕で飲み干せる最後まで美味しいラーメンです。店内にはお漬物が2種類セルフサービスで置いてあります。これも美味しいです。待ち時間に、ちょこちょこつまむのが楽しいと思います。ラーメン好き、ガッツリ飯好きな方にはもってこいの場所だと思われます！大型トラックの駐車場もあるので、気になってる方がいればぜひ！ご馳走様でした(-人-) It was the Tachikawa family who bothered me this time. え	えむ5 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【立川家】※系譜不明こちらは伊勢崎の17号バイパス沿いにあります。このお店は「立川マシマシ」ってお店の系列のようですね。お店はかなり広くゆったりしてて駐車場もたっぷりあります。厨房は完全に間仕切で覆われていて、ほぼ中は見えません。寸胴の様子も製麺所も茹で方も何にもわかりませんでした。 5～6分で着丼しました。スープはある意味バランス型です。鶏油は適量浮いていますが風味は弱め。少し粘度のあるスープは、クリーミーさはありますが豚骨感は控えめ。醤油感はそんなに強くないんだけど、かえしが少し尖った印象です。マイルドだけど甘みが強くないのはいいですね。麺は断面が長方形で少しウェーブした中太麺。しっかり硬めで提供されました。モッチリ感はなく、ゴワゴワした食感の麵でした。チャーシューは大きめで厚さは薄め。スープに隠れてあまり見えないけどバラかな。炙っているようで香ばしさがありました。味付けはしっかり強め。柔らかいチャーシューでした。ほうれん草は量は普通。柔らかめで風味は弱めでした。海苔増しは3枚。緑色っぽい海苔は気持ち小さく厚さは普通。スープに浸すと少し弱め。磯の香りがするタイプで風味はまあまあ良かったです。薬味のネギは先入れの輪切りが少なめで主張しません。ラーメン+海苔増し。 [Tachikawa family] * Genealogy unknown This is along the No. 17 bypass in Isesaki.
