調理人は風邪でもマスクはしませんし、咳とよだれを手のひらで受けて洗いもせずにコメを炊いてました。
味以前の問題です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当に、個人的な意見です。吉牛とはなまるうどんが一緒になっている店舗でした。セルフサービスで、好きな物をトッピングするスタイルです。うどんは、自分には、芯が硬すぎて、いまいちの感じでした。
It's a really personal opinion. It was a store where Yoshinoya and Hanamaru Udon were together. It's a self-service, topping style. Udon wasn't good enough for me because the core was too hard.

ただし、接客とかのクオリティを求めるのはやめた方がいい。
