S	Sage Kobayashi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は幼少期から大学へ行くまでこの近くに住んでいました。ぎお門のたぬき(あんかけうどん)が大好物でした。その後アメリカに移住して28年ほど経って家の事情で帰国しました。随分と時間が経っているので店や味も変わっているだろうと思いましたが懐かしいので立ち寄ってみたところ、あの大好きだった味が全くそのまま変わらずにありました。お店の方に尋ねたら料理長は同じ方で、大きなお揚げさんからネギまで同じ仕入れ先との事でした。「ひょっとしたら器も同じですよね?」と尋ねたら私の記憶通りでした。最後に食べてから40年以上が経っていましたが一瞬にしてあの頃の生活や家族の顔が鮮明に思い出されて幸せな時間を過ごすことができました。頑固にあの味を守り続けてくださり本当にありがとうございます。 I lived near here from my childhood until I went to college. It has been more than 40 years since I last ate it, but in an instant I was able to spend a happy time with vivid memories of those days and the faces of my family.
