銀座店は昔何十回か行きましたが、横浜店に来るのは3回目かな。
食材の質が全体的にちょっと落ちたような…。あと、ご飯にかかっているタレが少なかった気がします。
天一って食べた瞬間｢やっぱりここの天ぷらは違うな！｣という感動があったのですが、私の舌が駄目になったのか今回はそこまでではなかったです。
とは言え、虚心坦懐に食べればとても美味しい天丼です。

However, it is a very delicious tendon if you eat it with your heart and soul.

ランチコースでカウンター席で頂きます。職人さんが目の前で揚げたてを出してくれます。
大根おろし、レモンは無くなると接客係が追加してくれます。
塩とカレー塩が有ります、思いの外カレー塩と天ぷらが美味しいです。
定番のネタは勿論美味しいのですが、季節を感じさせる旬のネタが楽しみです、栗、ワカサギ、牡蠣、若鮎、松茸などもお勧めです、栗好きなので頂きました、下味を付けてあるのでそのままと、少し塩付けて頂きました、ホックホックのクリクリで美味しかったです。
椎茸は海老のすりみと一緒に揚げたてを…美味しいです。
接客も良いし特別な日にカウンター席で食事を楽しみたいお店です。

I also recommend chestnuts, smelt, oysters, wakaayu, matsutake mushrooms, etc. I like chestnuts, so I got it as it is because it is seasoned. It was a little salted, and it was delicious with the crispy hooks.
Shiitake mushrooms are freshly fried with shrimp surimi ... they are delicious.
It is a restaurant where you can enjoy your meal at the counter seats on special occasions with good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 揚げたての天ぷらってどんな素材でも同じ味に感じる傾向があります。ごま油で揚げているせいでしょうか？お店はカウンターとテーブル。カウンターの揚げ場は1つ。それで捌きます。コースで頼んで単品で5個追加しました。ウニはやっぱり美味しかったです。天丼はご飯を大盛りにしてもらいました。ビールはドライなんですかね？飲み物はもう少しバリエーションがあったほうがいいなー。でもこんな豪華な食事は滅多にできないのでありがたかったです。ごちそうさま。

I will handle it. I asked for it in the course and added 5 pieces separately. The sea urchin was delicious after all. Tendon had a large serving of rice. Is beer dry? Drinks should have a little more variation. But I was grateful that I could rarely have such a luxurious meal. Feast.

お好みで頂きたい旨を申し出てカウンターを希望すればお一人様でも案内していただけます。落ち着いてお食事をいただく事が可能です。エプロンをかけていただけるサービスも嬉しいですね。
いつも季節の素材を美味しく頂戴できます。特にお野菜、山菜の天ぷらは油との相性もあって、とても私好みのものとなっております。
そごう店も利用させていただいておりますが、どちらも好きなお店です。

You can always enjoy seasonal ingredients. Especially vegetables and edible wild plants tempura are very compatible with oil, so I like them very much.
I also use the Sogo store, but I like both of them.
